The Best Stability Ball Exercises - Using the SpoxFit Exercise Ball Redefining Strength william: Great update on a super training tool Christi. I have an older ball that has grown soft with age and use. I goal is the Swiss Ball Superdog. Most folks think it is easy. it involves so many small muscles and control. Looks like I will have to replace my old ball with a spoxfit, to keep this old veterans body in tune. Thanks as always for your time to explain, demonstrate and video all your work. I think your honey gets a workout keeping up the camera and edit work: ) be safe out on the west coast.

I am doing the Dead Bug with a stability ball at my Pelvic Floor PT. I need one with a base to do my exercises ar home. I would be grateful if you enter me in your giveaway. . I am 75 and in good health except for pelvic floor weakness and a tight It band which hurts my hip bursa and down to the knee. You have great exercises for my problems. Thanks. By the way, you say your name so fast, and not at all sometimes, that I have to guess your name is Corrie? Cory?

Stability Ball keeps a person in check with any move they maybe doing. Because we lose out stability through out our years. And that is vital even with my disabled son. It also helps with digestion. When I had stability ball and had my son bounce on top of the ball. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to possibly get your awesome Stability Ball. Take good care.

Love that you could use the ball with the -Dead Bug- move. My husband was is therapy about a year back and has been trying to keep up with it and adding a stability ball would be a great addition. I want to work up to the plank circles. I love your dog shaking his head, looking back at the end like -that was a hard workout- -- I agree!

Hughie was frisky after the workout. He shook himself so much I thought his coat was going to fly off. O_O
The Spotfx ball has the secondary effect of making your pets prone to doing the shimmy shake after watching you get in a killer workout. Side effects may include goofy doggie grins. = D

I like using it where I have one foot on the ball and ball against the wall, laying on my side, upper foot on the ball and moving it left/right, then changing to the other foot.
What I don't like is when I try to balance on it with my forearms or hands and then slip and fall off. HEHEHEHEHEH

Inspiration. I mean, just when I think I've cornered things for a workout, bang, something I had (a ball) and a new routine to add. It's hard to exercise/workout but adding a new and better workout idea like yours here really does help with the motivation I need to keep going. Thanks.

Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We say that -you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving! - So keep exercising, eat well, and calm the mind to lower stress and you can be young at any age. Keep up your good work.

My favorite move is the reverse hyper jack. Its a very effective exercise and my favorite because its a perfect alternative to the single leg raise on all fours. It also creates a bit of a release for my low back. Thank you for your great content!

I love the fact that you can get a full body functional workout; especially with the addition of the tubing! My favorite exercise was the push-ups with leg curl. Everyone should have this ball even if it is only used as a chair-!
