I-ve found counting macros ok when I help my husband do it, because I can scan packages. But I have trouble. I have a lot of food allergies so I make 90% of my food at home from scratch. So, how to do I track a piece of bread made like this: soak buckwheat groats for about 24 hours, drain them, grind them into a batter, wild ferment the batter in a warm place for another 24 hours, then use that batter to bake bread. Last time I added shredded zucchini, chopped onions, fresh herbs, psyllium husk fiber, and a bit of salt. I don-t know how to track that.

GOT FIBER? The information provided in this video was awesome!
Fats, Carbs, and Protein. Fiber also, can be a -game changer- especially
within someone whom is struggling with having much meaningful fiber in
their diet at all.
QUESTION: how does fiber factor into these plans.
how does soluble and insoluble fiber differ with their impact achieving
one's -6 pack- goals?
Thank for sharing this video and your training philosophies.

Your total calories are 12x your weight. correct? Is that something I should use to calculate my total calorie consumption? I'm currently at 158 lbs and my total calorie baseline goal is 1780. That value increases per my activity level. For instance, on day's I cycle for 2-3 hours my calorie intake, per MyFitnessPal, increases significantly. am I on the right track? Love your content, BTW.

Since watching your videos I started tracking my macros and I find it so addicting in a good way now! I even have my husband on board with his support. I-m now 6 lbs away from my goal weight. If I do not see the definition after 6 lbs I-ll change up my macros percentages again. Great tips here, Ty! -

Can you please explain the calories goal (10 - 12 X goal body weight. Does that mean, if, for example my goal body weight is 60kg I would need to multiply that by 12? That seems like far too few calories/going into starvation mode. I look forward to some further insight. Thankyou.

I wake up at 5 and I'm out the door by 540. Lunch is 30 minutes long. Home at 7 and eat random stuff - string cheese, handful of mixed nuts, apple, slice of left over pizza. switch the laundry. Fold a load. Bathe the kids. Put them to bed. Shower. Crash out. Not going to track

I love this! I-m so ready but stuck on one thing? How do cooks track macros? I cook healthy meals from around the world that have a lot of ingredients. Does tracking mean cook simply? If so, I can work on that! I-m ready to see my abs and I know I-m almost there!

Thank you, I currently do 40/30/30 with around 1500 ( more free on the weekends)calories but might need to switch it up as I am suffering with hip dysplasia and need hip replacement May 31st and can-t work out the way I like. I am 62 and 5-9- around 140-145.

Do you ever work with vegetarians? I was always skinny growing up and a dancer so had almost no fat and all muscle most of my life. I took time off to heal from an injury. Now over 40, it seems like if I smell baked goods I gain weight. Lol, funny not funny.
