Hi Cassie! I've been following this video since the summer 2011 and I've always just wanted to say that you've been such an inspiration to me. Having been a fairly sedentary student at the time and always buried under piles of homework, I was so grateful to have found your 10 minutes workouts, one of my other favorites is the arm/back workout you should shot in the mountains. I can honestly say that I am a healthier person because of you. Thank you so much for sharing your videos with the world and I am so happy for your with all the success that you have built in the recent years. Love you!

Day 5! I ended up taking a break yesterday and felt pretty strong today. Then Cassey got to the move where you kick your legs behind your head and I just ended up flopping like a fish trying to figure out how in the hell it's even possible. X) I felt kind of down on myself after that, but reading the comments, it looks like I might be able to do it in the future. Keep at it guys! And to other people on the beginning calender, I know we'll all get stronger. I'm the most uncoordinated person I know, but I feel myself getting a tiny bit better each day.

Day sixteen finished and I can actually get my legs behind my head for the last one, unlike during the first week. I used to be able to do that really well a couple years ago, just for the fun of it, so it was disheartening that I couldn't do it when I started this calendar. But I'm glad this calendar is starting to show its effect!

Day 5 was killing! But I did it! (at least I tried. The trick is not to be perfect as Cassey (because she IS perfect, but we are beginners, but to do as much as you can, to try, to reach the perfect Cassey. Try to squeeze yourself but be reasonable. One day, you will be as wonderful as she is: -) Thak you, Cassey: -)

For the last move really press your shoulders into the mat to get a good foundation. To get your legs over your head you have to go past the tipping point as you hinge and let the weight of your legs pull you down. Pressing with the arms into the mat can also help, although try to focus on the abs working!

I'm proud to have done most of the moves here! Never thought my abs could last that long. haha. well, except for that last move. I was busy figuring out how she managed to lift herself up when I realised the video ended! 7: 57 was definitely crazy! Im glad to have survived!

I love this one! i really feel the burn. im on my third week of the beginner calendar and i feel myself getting stronger and more flexible! and i also notice that i naturally breathe in through my nose and out my mouth now as well as keeping my belly button tucked in!

Day 5 done. this day was a struggle. especially since i still got a belly. but i did it to the best of my ability. hopefully within a couple months i can focus on the definition. first i gotta lose this belly fat. I'm still sore from day 4 this is just a killer

I have a problem with one of my vertebrae kind of sticking out and grinding rather painfully into the floor even though I am using a yoga mat when I do some of these and it happens every time I do crunchesany suggestions?

Thank you so much for these videos! I've been feeling crappy these past few days, and I didn't want to do my daily challenge, but I did it anyway and I feel better and dare I say slimmer? Keep doing you because you are AMAZING!
