I'm no expert but if you've really gained a lot of fat on your hips, you need think about what you're eating. Are you eating more? Or maybe just more unhealthy stuff. And you should also do some cardio, just doing these moves won't help to get rid of all the fat, it'll just tone your body from beneath the fat. Cardio will burn the fat off so you can see the results: ) But if it's just a bit of fat, doing this should help. Maybe three times a week so you'll see results in a month or two already.

I honestly have not been keeping up with my blogilates in months! YES MONTHS! But now I am back and I really miss this video: ) (ironically, pass the sweat and the voice that tells me I should do this tomorrow) I really like the feeling of accomplishing this! It is one of my classic videos from Cassey and I wish more videos were back to this style: ) Love it and whew I sure had a good workout for tonight!

This was the first workout I did from her in 2010. I just tried again and all the memories flashed back at me. I love how natural and positive Cassey already was back then and I'm really happy for her success, she deserves it and made my life so much more positive (and flexible) the past 7 years. I love you Cassey: )

Hmm maybe cos stomachs look different when you're actually using your abs. not that you would know, I hate when dumb girls comment on fitness videos insulting how the instructors look. They are real people, using real muscles and sweating, not some fake, plastic surgery-enhanced, over-made up barbie dolls!

I'm going on holiday in a month and really want to get rid of my love handles.
Realistically. along with eating healthily. How many of these work outs would i need to do a week?

This is like my 7th day. was this a bad month to start or is every month this crazy?
Lol, my legs are dying but I already feel. taller and lighter. Pilates has taught me that my upper back muscles are the worst but I have pretty strong abs: )

Hey I'm 24 years old and although I have a flat tummy I have gained much fat on my hips. these muffin tops are horrible =( I wanted to ask how many times a week should I be doing this? And in how much time do you reckon I will see the results?

You're real intent on spreading around your negativity, aren't you? Maybe if you spent some time working on your flaws instead of pointing out other people's you wouldn't feel so insecure and MAYBE you wouldn't be so mean. Just a suggestion.
