I don't want people comparing themselves to me. I've been a dancing for twelve years along with your kind of workouts - yoga and Zumba. But I have had to. work my damn butt off in order to get. there. There are two people who are very rude to me intimidate me and are very unhappy and miserable people yet I'm the only one they are that way around. I have tried talking to one of them cause I don't want her to get the wrong impression of me - no she tried to argue with me and told me. I could leave right now when I was at the gym They are always so nice to everyone else. But never me. I'm never fake like that I am very open and friendly but sometimes it's like I want to stop talking but am just waiting for someone to stop me Those are the times I realize I'm just babbling which I do when I start feeling anxious I don't mind the peace and quiet either. and am very much the little bookworm Cassey I understand where you are coming from but I've never been in this situation before. What do I do - help!

please continue using titles that encourage us to feel good rather than look a certain way. i stopped doing pilates and other types of fitness while i was recovering from anorexia, because i felt triggered by all the weight loss and fat loss type messaging. i'm now at a point where i want to get stronger but i have to be really careful with what media messages i allow in. this was really nice and felt body positive. thank you so much.

I love just cycling through all your different videos, whether they're from 2016 like this one or last week now in 2019 they're all amazing, and the fact that you have made so many, all at different time lengths to fit my schedule makes it so I can alsways do it and it never gets old! Thank you so much for everything

O M G! During the train track abs I was sure that was the move that would kill me. Then we moved on to single leg circles and I thought THAT one would kill me. Nope. It was the reaching criss cross FOLLOWED by genie abs. My core isn't very happy, but I am knowing the workout i just tortured it with! LOVED THIS!

If there is anyone discouraged because they couldn't finish this workout - don't worry guys! This workout is quite difficult (especially the first move! Even after almost two years, those freakin realroad tracks kill me, so don't be hard on yourself if you couldn't get through it. You will get there eventually: )

I couldn't work out for 2 days (actually I've done swimming. I felt depressed but didn't know why however now, I feel great who just finish your work out calender for today! I can't belive that I can do whole abs work out who couldn't make them all at first. thank u casseh love ya xx

I've never really been able to do sit ups and even though I still sometimes have to modify the workouts so I don't have to lift my neck, after doing your videos I've noticed a lot more strength and better form (even when I'm just sitting up in bed!

Challenging new exercises for sure! I knew by the title that the video was going to bring the pain ( in a good way. Also, I clicked on this video because Happy Hardcore is a genre of electronic music and I felt nostalgic just thinking about it.

January 11! Hey Cassey, do you have any ideas for how to help hips that pop in the inner thigh area? Mine pop a ton when doing the leg circles or going up and down with one leg while lying down, and its starts to get really annoying.

I thought that it would be a hard ab workout (I mean its Cassie) to happy hard core music which always gets me fired up. I am kinda disappointed but oh well still a nice little tone up workout can't hate
