Why I only work out 28 min a day // PIIT28 Workout Program - Blogilates Paige: Nutritional team - does that mean registered dietitians? This sounds like the kind of nutritional program that should be very individualized and recommended by a registered dietitian (nutritionists don't count - anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. It's not a title. What Cassey is suggesting sounds like an elimination diet; something doctors monitor and tell you what to eat when they are trying to figure out what you are allergic to/is making you sick (for example, if they think you might have a gluten allergy. Gluten is only bad for you if you're allergic to it, FYI. You should consult a physician before changing your diet dramatically. Every individual is different, and the same things won't apply to everyone! I'm not saying it won't work or it isn't good (obviously I haven't seen any of it yet, but just take it as a caution! Bottom line is, when you're trying to eat healthier in the long run, you have to change little things in your diet - like start taking less sugar in your coffee, or bring chopped veggies to work to snack on instead of starving yourself and eating too much when you get home. Going on a diet can be pretty bad for you if you're not informed.

So much negativity in the comments, so a little positivity: I signed up and I'm excited! I am a graduate student on a budget, but I do get some level of income. I can afford to pay for this program and I am happy to support Cassey. I'm happy to invest that money into taking care of myself inside and out. I'm excited to challenge myself next month! I also really appreciate that she is offering a vegan option! As a vegetarian it can be really limiting to find fitness plans that suit my needs.
I empathize if you can't afford to spend money on this program! However, Cassey stated that she's still going to be posting free videos like usual over the month of March. So regardless of whether you choose to pay for that program, you can still get a month of the usual free Blogilates workouts, plus all the ones she already has uploaded. Basically nothing is changing with what you, the viewer is receiving, if you choose not to buy! Happy working out: )

I didn't think the meal plan was so easy to follow. I wasn't really sure that i could do it and bought the power piit with reservations, but sincerely, is the easiest meal plan i've seen (i've purchased several before, i couldn't even begin them because the recipes asked for so many ingredients or a lot of steps) and i really appreciate that because living in a country different than USA it can be really difficult to get some things, or get's really hard or boring to cook really complicated recipes on a daily basis.

I've been following your workouts for a while and i really like them. Quite fun. Though i would kindly want to make a suggestion on you PIIT 28 program. Is there any way you could make it free? If you do say that it will help us burn more fat and gain lean muscle, why charge us? Especially at a high price. I'm a high school student from Kenya, Nairobi and the exchange rates for the US dollars have become quite high so i can't pay for it. Not just me alone but majority of the other people as well. Please consider this.

You guys realize it's so expensive because she has at least 4 other people to pay for helping design and make the program, right? Cassey herself could probably afford to give it out for free, but it's more detailed than the weekly videos and involved more labor. Would you expect a personal trainer or a gym to just give their expertise out for free? If you can't afford it, don't buy it - you can get the same results through doing your own research or finding someone/thing else that is cheaper.

I have a question. I've watched this video and am thinking about doing it for April which is tomorrow, or maybe May if I decide that I can't commit this month, but I'm not sure if I can do it. Not that I'm not motivated or that I won't try, but I'm almost 200 pounds and my body strength is pretty low so I'm not sure if I can handle it on a physical level. Has anyone done it this month that's in my place or is it probably impossible?

I don't blame Cassey for charging us money. It's her brand and her career. I totally support her business. However, I do understand why people are upset. It feels like you're missing out on something great. Some of us have school, or our current financial situation does not allow us to pay the price right now. I wish people could understand that instead of throwing around the words ungrateful or spoiled

To anyone who does decide to buy the program, please ensure that you have a direct internet connection since the videos are non-downloadable. I tried watching the videos on my windows tablet and Xbox One and the videos kept stopping and buffering. Needless to say I didn't finish the workout. I can't directly connect to a router so if anyone has suggestions please let me know. We currently have high speed internet and a new router.

There's so much negativity in the comments. Lol She gives so much of her stuff out for absolutely free when really if she wanted to she could charge tons for just the blogilates content you all get on here. People are so entitled. She puts effort into this. It takes effort, skill, knowledge etc to make a program. People should be paid for the work they do. Be thankful you get the free stuff.
