I've started doing this workout a couple times every few days and I'm seeing improvements! I'm gaining muscle in my calves and my thighs have gotten slightly smaller.
But I'm not really focusing on the physical changes, the mental ones have impressed me more! I can now do the entire first round without stopping and the second one I only had to stop twice for a couple seconds. I'm so happy I'm seeing improvements!

First round: ok Im aiming for two or three times! ok that wasnt the hardest.
Second round: its such a mystery how Cassey can literally force me into clicking replay while being over hundreds of miles away.
Third round: omg am I gonna die?
Fourth round: I cant tell if that was a bead of sweat or a tear that fell off of me a second ago

I love this workout pilates with little cardio! please make 10-15 min workout for each part of the body or section of the body, so we can mix and match these workouts, it will be less boring.

This is one of the best leg slimming videos. What makes it more wonderful is the fact that you actually don't get tired when you do it with Cassey. She makes everything looks so easy.

Most of these exercises are incredibly painful on my knees, does anyone know what to do about that? Ive tried to always correct my posture when I do the moves and it still hurts

A few weeks ago I couldn't even complete 1 round of the Squeeze Lunge. Now I just completed all 4 rounds without breaking during the 45 secs. Guys this WORKS! You can do it!

I just finished the Beginners 2. 0 calendar. I'm getting more in shape, but I'm not quite there yet. Doing this video won't be easy, but I'll get there eventually
