I'm 20 and I've been having pains in the outside of my left hip when I do exercise, a light walk or a run can really make it hurt and it becomes hard to walk so I have to rest it. Its more annoying since I've had to stop going running too! Its been like this for a while, pop pilates seems to help stretch it out and reduces the aches for a while. I've made a doctors appointment but couldn't get one for a little over a week. Do you have any videos which could help ease the aches in the mean time?

Hey, I need some tips on how to keep up with my workout routine. I have tried routines before but I was never able to do the full thing because I just get side-tracked with other things like school and stuff and it is kind of discouraging knowing that I cant even do simple workouts for 30 consecutive days. I sometimes try these workouts videos and I cant even keep up and seems pretty easy. Can you please help?

Casey, help me out. I only thing which is fat in my body is my butt. it's genetics and that's the reason why I'm scared that I will never get rid of it. sometimes, I feel like going away from everything and be alone. everyone that I have met till now has commented badly, like they look only my butt and this sometimes drags me down. I have small boobs which is another issue. help me please

I can hold bridge forever but I am not good at one legged bridge, I just can't achieve a good lift. I feel my hamstrings and abs are strong. I think it must be my lowerback but nothing I do strengthens my lowerback and not for lack of trying. Can you do a workout that really hits the postural muscles in the back? There is such a huge imbalance between my abs and back strength-wise.

My dad removed the wifi so I have to use my own data. But I only get 10 or 20 gb a month so i use it up too fast and end up getting the slower data (4g. So when I try to load her videos it always pauses and says error every 3 minutes so it's hard for me to actually get a good workout. :(

I did this workout yesterday, its my first time following the calender. what do I do when the burns and pains won't let me finish up a particular one. Like when I feel I can't just go one I pause or take a break but I feel bad. help! P. s. my whole body's aching from day 1 and 2

I never did this work out when it was on the calendar because I don't have the stretch band. They freak me out. I finally decided to do the moves without the band and still got a really hard workout! I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have the bands

Hi Cassey, or anyone else who sees this-- do you know of any really cheap but still good exercise mats? I'm tired of doing workouts on scratchy carpets, but I'm soooo poor right now. I'm talking like less than $20 cheap. Thanks so much!

It'd be really helpful if the calendar had a feature that told us if/when we would need equipment. I didn't have a band and following the July calendar made this workout pretty worthless.

At the end during the bridges we spent a lot more time on the second side than the first probably because Cassey was talking and forgot about how many reps we were doing. :P
