March 12th! Switched today's and tomorrow's workouts up. I took an unintentional week off and realised how much I relied on this calendar. With the 10day ab thing, the calendar playlists got shorter and I didn't feel like doing the challenge- apparently curating my own workout calendar is impossible: D If I took today as a stretch day after 7 days of not moving I'm not sure I would've ever gotten back on track so here I am! Proud of myself for keeping it going despite taking a break: )

I love doing this when I'm sick, on my period or just tired in general and I don't have the energy to do a full pilates workout but my body is still craving some gentle movement, and it's perfect! it wakes my body up without leaving me exhausted, perfect for those days

I can't stand coffee either! Any coffee, even the smell of it makes me sick. I'm on day 10 of your training (day 6 of the beginners' calendar though) and I'm really enjoying it! I like to watch the upcoming videos beforehand so I can mentally prepare myself for them! hehe

Day 8 of the Beginner's Calendar and I really like this video. It is a really nice stretching exercise to do quickly in the morning when you don't have time to exercise. Now, 2/3 videos complete and I'm off to the last video of the day.

Why does it have to be a dog? Why can't you walk a cat? I have cats lol. Jk
But I do have 2 cats and I could swear my girl cat was a dog. She shows me so much affection and even follows me around my house half the time lol

The February calendar 2021 brought me here, I really appreciate u cassy for this workout because I needed it, been done with fever for some days and I've not been able to meet up my with my daily routines, blessed day to everyone

Oh my gosh, this is the perfect wake up routine!
I used to follow your videos religiously, do crossfit, do 2 a day workouts. Then I fell off the wagon. Back at it square 1. As always Thank you, Cassey! You are amazing!

Anyone else not able to reach out their heel like Cassey does? I cant even touch them with fingertips. Thats frustrating: (
It feels like 20cm of my arms are just missing, my legs are way too long for this.

I love this workout! I do it almost every morning and pretty much know it off by heart! :-D I was wondering if you could maybe do another wake up with me one. or a weeklong series of wake up exercise routines? ;-)
