For some reason I had to resort to the back-step-lunges after the first round. You keep saying 'Easy, right? ' but I think they are the toughest move of the set XD My lungs were burning, and I could barely walk when I was done so I think I did put in the effort at least _
Also I have this weird thing when doing the one legged hops my feet starts hurting, sometimes like there is a big needle puncturing it especially when switching. I'm not using shoes but does that really make that much of a difference? I do have a pretty soft mat.

Day #6 of the April 2020 Calendar: It's has barely been a week since I had returned to working out with Cassey again on a regular basis. I am sincerely dying both on the inside and outside. I feel very proud of myself for finishing today's fit agenda given the fact I had to really really talk myself into completing the second round of this video.
Cudos to all of you for at least attempting to challenge and push your limits.

It surprised me for once realizing I cant do the first move or the last one so improvised using Heidis method from the Disney movie Double Teamed and just to think of holding a basketball while doing it and did calf raises for the first one Im still trying to push through an injury its called patella tendinitis So even if its painful Im told to modify when I need to do and try to push through the weakness that keeps wanting to stop me

I haven't done blogilates regularly in over a year, but now that my parkour gym is closed for at least a month (so sad, I would easily spend 10-15hrs there a week) I am getting back into it. It's interesting how, despite the fact that I've only gotten stronger in the last year, I have regressed to barely being able to finish a blogilates video. lol. this is going to be a great workout!

After a year of (more or less) committed workout with you, I have finally pushed through this whole workout, no stopping for breath or pause. I feel SOOOO ACCOMPLISHED! Thank you Cassey for being a never-ending inspiration and helping me get to where I am today. See you in a year on this video - next goal is to complete it with tricep push ups on my feet!

When I started your workouts 6 years ago, I literally would put a smoothie on the floor and take a sip for every pushup to motivate myself, and sometimes I would just give up and lie there, staring into the glass. Now I can do this entire workout 4 times through AND an ab or leg 100 rep challenge afterward. Persistence = progress! Thank you Cassey

This is day 2 beginners PIIT work out for me, yesterday I only was able to repeat the video 3 times, my body just couldn't do a 4th. I then literally went to bed. It was 8: 30pm guys 8. 30. I was stuffed.
Proud to say that today I managed to do all 4 rounds of the video! I'm stuffed but think I'm getting better! Onto day 3 tomorrow!

Even though I had to walk a couple jumping lunges in round 3 I completed this! So proud of myself since I hate cardio (and I am terrible at it) and I know I would never have been able to do this even only a few months ago. Love seeing the changes in my mindset and body

I did one round but I rewinded it when I needed to switch to the other side. It would be the same if she would have put the moves for the other side in the video with it lol. Im pooped from the secret cardio she keeps putting throughout the week lmao
