OK GUYS I have a short story to tell ya'll.
There was a girl last July who had been doing a different workout program, but didn't feel at home in that program. She hated getting up and doing the workouts. She wasn't very motivated at all. Then in the last week of July, she found Blogilates. She started doing the daily calendar workouts and felt so proud of herself when she finished the videos. She loved waking up at 6am before school and doing the workouts. It also helped her feel happy AT school! She absolutely loved it. She once came across this video, in August I think. She remembered that she felt shocked when Cassey said do this four times. She couldn't do it four times. Then she went into the comments and found out there were a lot of girls like her who couldn't do it four times. She wrote a comment saying I couldn't do it four times just like many others. So she felt content.
Then this morning, she realized that she had to do this same video, four times, the calendar said. She was scared. She didn't think she could do it four times. But she wanted to see if she improved. So she did it once. She said, I'm going to do it twice. So she did it twice. Then she said, I think I can do it three times. And she cut herself slack if she had to stop for a breather and then continue. And then, after the third round, the video automatically repeated itself, so she told herself, I guess I have to do it four times now.
And she did it.
And YOU can too.
Yeah, this girl is me. Honestly, I was the most unathletic girl in my class, and in my friend group. But I shaped up. Its just a process called getting stronger. I couldn't even do this ONCE last month. Yes, this video, I couldn't do it ONCE. But today, I did it four times. And I got stronger. Don't give up. If I could get stronger, YOU CAN TOOOOOOOOOOOO

Fun fact: I have been doing blogilates for 3 years now. However, I always come back to this workout to remind myself that I still can improve a lot. I still have to modify most of the moves as everything involving planks AND cardio kills me! It's okay because when I started I could do like one plank jack and no (fast) mountain climbers at all - but it is my goal to do this one without stopping/ modifying! It is the WORST! :)

I know a lot of the attention has been on chloe ting and natacha oceane etc but Cassey has always been my go to bc her workouts just work for me and not just that but her energy is so motivating. Ive done a couple of chloe tings workouts but Im taking a break to do her next months calendar cuz I remembered how much I love her lol. Youre amazing cassey!

I am so glad that I discovered PIIT! This one was super difficult for me as I had to do lots of modifications in the third and fourth round! However, I am already noticing that I find things like planks and hip twists easier and these used to be my work out nemeses! Thank you for being there and creating these work outs!

Its always to workout with thank u sooo much, I wish I can work with u and get inspired in person, I almost stopped working out during holidays but Im back on track and even after long time its hard I fact its fun to keep up with the video even though fitness keep upgrading

So I made terrible noises during this video. I am assuming it is akin to childbirth noises. Or the guys at the gym that lift really heavy weights. Thankfully no one is home but my children, and they are sleeping so no one will call an ambulance LOL

Legit sobbing on my kitchen floor because I started the bridal bootcamp today and I can't do any of the videos. I'm so horrified, disappointed, and disgusted with myself. I don't know why I'm commenting this just had to get it out there.

This is just a note to tell y'all that u shouldn't be trying to lose weight
you should be trying to lose FAT and gain muscle, because realistically, muscle weighs even more than fat.
The correct term is losing FAT not WEIGHT

Im trying really hard to do this video 4 times through. I can get through two rounds and by the end Im so dead. But Im working on getting to 4 and once Im there I know Im gonna feel so powerful!

One more video.
I did one round for every video and rewinded to get the other side.
But I also used dumb bells and ankel weights when I could to justify one round each lol
