So guys if you are planning to do this, you definitely should. It really works. I did try tons of other thigh workouts and they didn't work idk maybe I was doing it wrong but this one definitely worked for me. I am so glad. I love her workouts!

I have been doing this faithfully for about 5 weeks. Definitely see results. I still battle with my diet, which is probably why there isnt more, but it HAS helped at least 2 inches around the saddlebag area.
