It's been years since I've made a new saddlebags or outer thigh POP Pilates workout for you guys! So, thought it was time to put together a new leg workout for you guys targeting a trouble zone for many women - your thighs! These exercises require no equipment, and you can easily do them at home. So guys if you are planning to do this, you definitely should. It really works. I did try tons of other thigh workouts and they didn't work idk maybe I was doing it wrong but this one definitely worked for me. I am so glad. I love her workouts!

I have been doing this faithfully for about 5 weeks. Definitely see results. I still battle with my diet, which is probably why there isnt more, but it HAS helped at least 2 inches around the saddlebag area.

Thank you! I needed this for many reasons. Its hard to have time for workouts as a full time student & you just gave me such motivation on top of something that works in a short time. Amazing!

I just did this for the first time and when the video finished I honestly just laid there for a good 2 minutes trying to figure out if legs still worked or not

Week 1: I feel my butt and thighs are more toned, but my saddle bags are not decreasing yet
Week 2: My saddle bags decreasing for 1 cm, I am beyond happy
