This was absolutely horrible advice.
The barbell movements were all wrong without any explanation to why they are done.
The calisthenics look cool but who the hell is doing muscle ups or handstand push ups.
Plus you've then push ups next to barbell bench press.
Calisthenics can build a great physique but this list was absolutely trash advice.
No mention of diet/programming/progressive overload.
Basic barbell and dumbell movements would get you much further.
Terrible advice

I never lift, I'm in calisthenics but I came here after someone roast this guy about his liftings but I think its pretty normal in this video, I don't know about the other videos tho, but everyone who say something about his calisthenics say its top notch. --

This video kinda sucks, I wonder who he thinks his target audience is. -Moving on to one finger handstand pushups, this is the best exercise for growing your shoulder muscles, proven to increase hypertrophy. -. Surely this is a joke lmao

I like how I wanna get back and workout and stuff while watching this but continues to smash these chips nearly finishing the whole bag --- also thinking I'm a commercial landscaper and get plenty of exercise lol

you make everything look so easy, also I have a couple questions first can you help me get more pushups in a row I can only do about 20 and I am down second how do I get my pushups more efficient

This information is wrong. Jonni Shreve just cameout with a video about this list. Terrible advice especially for beginners. Best thing for building muscle is weights and resistance training.

Really appreciate the inclusion of the easier forms of the workouts, most other videos will just say to do a pull-up like that's something everyone can do already.

Hey Chris! What is the best training for grip strength and durability? I feel like i could do much more Pull-Ups if my forearm could hold me longer.

Your body weight exercise form is perfect but your form with a barbell is way off and gonna give injuries to people copying your form.
