What I like about Chris is that he is not a lier he is natural and he make this sport for a healthy lifestyle as well besides of others reasons. I don't know him as a person but he is true legend

What if I have a tennis elbow but it's almost healed up. Would this workout still be effective if I'm worried that it might come back again
