Chria Ive Just realised I swear to god no word of a lie, the less u eat in a day I mean keeping your diet to as minimum as possible with the right nutrients aids muscle growth and makes you feel so much stronger. In other words intermittent fasting but purely based on one meal and I mean that one meal should be too large either. This has allowed me to see great results which is why I thought I-d share it here because I follow your routine and following this diet allows me to perform the advance workouts a-lot better i. e handstand pushups

Just thought I-d let you know that your videos have inspired my seven year old son to start working out and start eating right. He started working out to your videos about a week ago and hasn-t missed a day yet. He-s also modified his own diet, wanting veggies and lean meats, and lots of water. You-re creating a positive change in our household, we thank you.

I really wish he makes a same type of video for chest. His chest videos are mostly push ups, which is good but there are over workouts too and I really want a full Chris Heria body weight chest routine with other exercises than just push ups.
