For those asking how many times a week one should workout. I followed the calendars strictly for about 3 months after finishing beginners however I lost track not because I wasn't motivated but because I felt that after those 4 months I couldn't put as much strength into the moves as I used to. I just was exhausted all the time and that came at a point at which I was supposed to have grown stronger. I realised that for my body and also for my psyche it was just too much (put pressure on myself, have a history of eating disorder and body dysmorphia) so I decided to go with a minimum of 3 times a week 30-60 mins plus cardio like dancing, jogging, etc. whenever I've got free time. I've been able to stick to that routine for about 2 years now and although I still consider myself on a journey I'm finally somehow content with who I am and how I feel and look like.

5: 05 The breast stroke was just too hard for me to do more than a couple times and even those few were with a terrible form, nothing like what's shown in the video: ( I always feel like I can't lift my upper body high enough for any exercises similar to this one and adding the raised arm movements quickly tires me out completely. Being a beginner, my form was probably pretty bad on the rest of the moves, too, but at least I'm able to say to have somehow finished them.

Back workouts may be my number one nemesis for life (I hate them with a passion) but I still fight through the pain and try to do it. Cassey, thank you so much fpr these videos, I know I wouldn't work quite as hard as I do without you in my life. Thank you for the positive energy and the motivation you give your popsters!

Casey I love your workouts, but pls don't talk about nutella during them cause it makes me sick xd really, just a thought about something so sweet and fat during physical exercise. ugh I don't know if i'm the only one with this problem, guys let me know xd

Am I even allowed to be that sweaty after a back workout? I hope by the end of the month that my back is much stronger and I will get rid of these rounded shoulders!
Also: my favorite excercise is the parachuter. I can feel my entire back

Caddy how do we work out our back of thighs and the side of them, I feel thats what I want to tone faster as I do the rest I feel my body is getting there except for that area! What can we do? Thank you love all ur work outs.

This made me realize that my back strength is nowhere near my core strength. I couldn't even finish the video. My back was hurting too much after just 3, 5 minutes.
Clearly it's high time to work on it

Hi Cassey, I love your videos and have been doing the calendars, but unfortunately my lower back pain got triggered with some moves and now I'm afraid to exercise. Any effective back friendly videos from you?

I think my back didn't understand the purpose of the workout, I had only lower back pain through the whole workout lol
And as usual I can't do the last workout, my legs don't want to get off the mat lol
