Didn't think I would like your videos because I don't mesh well with peppiness when I work out but somehow your peppiness is much needed and motivates me to keep going. I love your encouragement and positivity! Also, side note from the boxing world: if you punch really hard when you do the punch crunches, try not to straighten your arm all the way. Straightening your arm while punching into the air causes your elbow to absorb the shock of the punch, which can cause joint damage. Thanks for the great workout. Keep up the good work!

Cassey! This video KILLED me! While doing the earthquake, I could barely breathe! I don't understand how you even TALK while doing that move!
I'm still young and you've inspired me to try and be healthy right now, while I'm still young, so that it'll be easier in the future! Thank you so much for inspiring me to be healthy and challenging me with your workout videos! I am SO glad you post these videos because I (obviously) can't go to the gym yet. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

So, turns out my core is not as strong as I thought! But thats, okay. Now I know what I need to work on! A problem I've encountered a lot during my blogilates workouts is that I have trouble balancing. Especially on my tail-bone. Trying to balance on my tail-bone is uncomfortable and even a little painful. Any tips to help with this?

You know when you gave birth 3 ducking times that belly was stretcccchhhhhhhhhh out so baaaadddddd! So I must say if you havent given birth yet its useless to make efforts doing abs workout, this is only worth it after you have given birth and not planning to have one anymore!

Hey! So Ive been trawling through all your ab workouts. do you have a standing one! I have three kids all of whom think it is wonderful to jump on top of me as soon as I lie down, so ab workouts on the floor just arent practical. do you have a mum-appropriate ab video!

omg earthquake killed! my stomach was shaking so much
usually im good with ab exercises but ive never done this one so its soo hard
also without shoes my feet keeps going off the ground during the earthquake which makes it harder to go lower

What am I doing wrong I try to squeeze my abs the best I can but I feel it in my lower back I try my best not to hunch and I try to keep my lower back into the floor but my back still hurts when I try to do these moves

Well its the day after doing this and I am. SORE! So so sore lol my abs are hurting so bad but I love this workout! Def gonna keep doing these videos: ) i love your energy and how you keep me motivated throughout it

Do you ever do standing an workouts. My back hurts every time I do these. My lower back when laying down has an arch and its hard for me flatten my whole back. I end of straining my back doing these workouts.
