I love how positive you are and it always brightens my day whenever I excercise with you. Granted, the excercise isn't the easiest thing but I end up feeling so proud in the end! Trying the beginners calendar and this is the first time Ive felt demoralised just finding abs super hard. Spending more time on the floor panting than being able to keep going with the move. I struggled with roll ups in the first abs video on week 1 and this seems quite a jump from that for week 2. Saying that, I wont give up and love your vids, Casey, but just thought Id feedback in case its helpful. Xoxo

SO I watched this video once to really listen to the life tips and then to actually do the workout, and I have to say, I LOVE THESE TYPES OF VIDEOS! They are uplifting and helpful physically and mentally. And I commend you Cassie for having so much wisdom at your age and not only having arrived at those insights but also applying them to your life and living your life by them. Bravo and keep going! :)

Moves 2, 3 and 5 are pretty challenging if you're just starting out and working to build that core strength. It would be good to have a suggested modification for those so you do the exercise properly. But I love your energy and enthusiam! And having the count down timer and something else to focus on like your super tips is great! Really helps you get through the exercises and stay motivated

Day 2 of me on my fitness journey has began. I'll watch this every now and then so I can keep moving forward, I tend to loose motivation sometimes when it gets to getting healthier or getting into fitness. So thanks for this! Even though it's such a long ago video, so glad I stumbled upon this video and put it on my fitness journey notebook and journal. : )

This is the first video where I actually cried. I'm on the Beginner's Calendar and I was getting frustrated that I couldn't sit up all the way for some of these moves and I had to modify them for myself. But the one nice thing I will say to myself is that I tried and gave it my all and didn't quit. That's how I will get stronger.

Awww, Casey! I have been watching your videos since 2012/2013 and you never fail to be so amazing/positive/genuine/uplifting! Its so transparent how much you care about your popsters and its clear you care about us beyond just our physical fitness, but our mental health and quality of life. Thank you for being who you are!

Day 5 complete. Single leg drops are hard I had to bend my knee it was either bent knees in the air or dropping my legs each 2 seconds I couldnt keep one leg up and one leg down with both of them being straight. Squeezing my muscles help some but not to the point to where I could do the exercise with straight legs

I know this is a really old video, but Im feeling so discouraged. I cant do these moves because 1. I have no core strength and 2. I have a really big bust, adding lots of pounds onto my chest that doesnt let me sit up. Idk how Im supposed to gain core strength when I cant do the moves to build muscle. :(
