cassey this is definitely the best dance cardio-- what i like is just going through the moves without doing a step by step. i'd rather spend the time getting cardio in! because even if you don't know the moves, frantically trying to figure them out is just as good haha! just a suggestion for future videos; )

4/1/20 Saved this video for last as a reward for getting through the rest on the calendar for today, I tend to slack on Cassey's cardio. I knew I would love it, and I was right! I'll take dance workouts any day, and the collaboration with Caleb was so fun. More please!

That ab portion was so difficult! I loved the dance but I wish that there was a breakdown of the moves. I'm pretty good at dance and I was struggling with the moves sometimes.

I got so tired from last video before coming here literally sit and breathe for five mins and couldnt even hear what she said in the background lol so out of shape
