Welcome to the Blogilates Bridal Bootcamp! Your first video in this series focuses on your upper abs, lower abs, obliques and your waist. Why? When we work on your core, it not only helps tighten and strengthen your midsection, but it also helps you stand taller which makes you appear more confident! And don't you want to look and feel confident as you walk down the aisle? YES! Every workout in the Blogilates Bridal Bootcamp is 10 minutes long with NO BREAKS. There are 10 moves that are done for 1 minute each, back to back. I'm training you this way to save you time while teaching your muscles to get stronger with intense moves in a very short amount of time. The 10 ab exercises for your Bridal Bootcamp are: 1. Sit Up Heel Taps 2. Alt. Single Leg Jackknives 3. Sprinter 4. Half Leg Lift and Drop 5. Ballerina Sit Up 6. Eagle Abs 7. Candlestick Dipper (Right) 8. Candlestick Dipper (Left) 9. Super Side Planker (Right) 10. Super Side Planker (Left) If you are starting to do some of your own wedding planning, I recommend you check out You can create your own wedding website for free as well as search for great vendors in your area. BIG THANKS TO my friends at Lovesome Blossoms and DJZ Productions for the INCREDIBLE floral display and draping! LOVESOME BLOSSOMS: DJZ PRODUCTIONS

Cassey, do You ever watch your old videos and travel back in time to that moment on that day, how you were feeling, the version of yourself you were in that moment, what you had for lunch, other random stuff your sub conscious recorded, and just love yourself for being real? Does anybody else do that too? anyway I know I love you for being real, sharing your life and journey with us and kicking our butts while looking like a queen

The reason ppl who aren't getting married but still dig on wedding stuff, is cuz the marriage to Self is the highest level of connection. And also, I really love to live vicariously through her. I married a young man 11yrs my junior, so I have to be solid in my relationship to self and God. Thanks to Cassey for this dedication to Self and keeping the physical strong and warriorlike!

Hi Cassie, I love your workout and positive outlook: ) This time I really need your advice! I try to work on my abs but every time I do a workout like this time I get a terrible pain in my neck. What can I do to change it? How to relax these muscles? It's getting more and more frustrating. Please, help! :)

I know you're not adding to this series but I finally get to do this as a Bride and I'm so excited! Just wish there was a stretching video in this series that talked about not letting yourself get overwhelmed with planning.
Love your material! Keep up the good you! (:

Anyone else having a hard time doing the ballerina sit ups? I cant seem to sit up all the way. I can do a crunch at most. I am able to do the other exercises that involves sitting up, except for the ballerina one. If you are able to do it, what are your tips?

O Lord! I underestimated the intro video and now I'm eating a big slice of humble pie. The whole intro I thought to myself good thing I've got some light weights but I was wrong -- great video. I will be finishing the bridal bootcamp every day until the wedding

Just finished my first day of this bootcamp and I'm so discouraged I could cry. My abs are apparently my absolute weakest body part and about half the moves out of the 4 videos I couldn't even do 1 rep. My spine and lower back are really bothering me too.

Holy cheettossss! I was honestly shaking half-way through this; I WAS DYINGGG THE LAST 3 MOVES! It was so great and I could feel my arms as well as my gluteus having to squeeze them tight in order to raise up! Love your videos Cassy! Yoir great!
