T-bar row - back - how-to exercise tutorial - Buff Dudes Clint: I wish every gym in the world would dump three of it's treadmills and replace them with a chest-supported T-bar row. If you've never used one, it does exactly what the exercises described in this video do, but without requiring you to worry about foot placement, maintaining a neutral spine, or core stability. And it's not that those aren't important things to learn and develop--but it's SO MUCH more effective when you can just load up the weight and focus on the one movement that's actually targeting your lats.

This is one of my favorite lifts to do. I do squat it up off the floor before I bend over to rep it out. On another note, do you think you guys can take a moment to talk about how to lift the end of the bar to your chest if and when you do a single exercise tutorial on the landmine press? I can't seem to get it into position without twisting around a little and this tends to make my back angry at me.

Thanks a lot, Buff Dudes! I always have problems with T Bar Row because I could never get the angle correct. But you addressed the problem in the video. -You're in the bowing position. - Nicely explained in a single sentence. Like you said, I always do it in the squat position. I will correct it next time at them gym. Thanks again!

Just wondering as I've just started doing these I still get lower back pain. I stick my but and chest out so there is a arch at the bottom of my back but I'm not sure if it's because I'm trying too hard to keep my back straight and I'm over arching it or If everyone feels this exercise in the lower back to some degree

Hey dudes!
I was going to start the 12 week program last Monday, but fell deathly ill.
I'm still bed ridden, and will take another week to recover (Hopefully not longer, how long do you reckon I should take to rest, before I start with the workout plan?

Looking forward to the bulking series. I've been on the 12week program for about 7months, can't wait to change it up. Your workouts are the best! They are simple and effective. -The road to Buff dudeness! - (One arm salute BOOM)

Just a heads up, dumbass move of the week! i dropped from the 45lb to the 25lb plates, instead of the plates meeting my chest the bar met my balls! watch out! i almost threw up!

I see people putting their back at a more parallel position and I see other people doing it with their back at a 45 degrees. Which one is better?
