You guys have been asking for a 7 minute arm workout, so here it is! It's got my first EVER weightless bicep exercise! You ready to feel the burn in your biceps, triceps & shoulders for the next seven minutes! Best upper body workout ever. Each of the seven moves will be done for one minute with NO rest in between: 1. United biceps 2. Fist circles forward 3. Fist circles backward 4. Chest press aways 5. Angel arms 6. Prayer pulse 7. Palm press triceps

Physical therapist thoughts:
1. The first workout engages the chest isometrically. The biceps being a 2-jointed muscle has to have full range of motion meaning she has to extend her shoulders to do full range of motiob or have passive insufficiency. All she does having her elbows together limits her ROM.
2. Circling motion for the shoulders? Do lateral raises from 0 to 90 degrees to engage the lateral deltoids. Beyond that activates the supraspinatus. Do forward raises for front delts and bent over raises for the posterior delts.
3. Chest press aways? Seriously? Internally rotating the shoulders puts stress on the AC joint. Plus the way she does it is more of a triceps motion. Her elbows shouldnt point in when flexing (bending) her elbows. They should remain pointing straight and not inwards. Plus doing it sitting is more of an isometric front delts workout. Do it supine. Her shoulders do the accessory work excessively. She is also eliminating gravity for her chest by doing it that way. You have to apply force away from your chest not keeping your arms up.
4. Angel arms? More like supraspinatus workout. Shoulder abduction beyond 90 degrees is mainly done by the supraspinatus muscle.

let me simply explain why its useless. Progressive overload is a fact and also the concept that overtime you make your workouts harder and harder (more reps, more sets, more weight, etc) in order for your muscles to adapt and grow. If you were to use (for say) 10 lb weights for the rest of your life, you wouldnt grow because your body would adapt to lifting that weight and since in theory you only have to lift that 10 lbs, it would cap off there. Majority of individuals have the muscle strength to lift and flex their body parts - you wouldnt be able to survive if you couldnt move. Thats why you wont get stronger by not adding any weight or some sort of resistance like shown in the video.

I doubt you'll read this as this video is older but I do this video twice a week and every single time I'll be in the middle of one of the exercises and an unskippable ad comes on and ruins my set. Is there a way to remove the ad in the middle of this video?

Just did the workout 18. August 2021 in Frankfurt, Germany we have 15 Grad Celsius and rain and talking about the weather really pisses me off this time (usually we should have around 29 or so) buuut at least I dont have to leave the house for this: D

So this video was A BREEZE! Especially with the stretch session at the end.

I live in Durban, South Africa. Currently its 27 degrees Celsius which is 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Its soooo hot hence the need to have nice toned arms for Summer. Thank you for this workout!
