but i think if dive bomber is spilt into cobra pushup-tricep long head and median head
pike pushup-shoulder front delt upper pec
regular pushup deals with chest tricep shoulder
so maybe we can switch to individual muscle group targeting excercise to get the stress for gains
for me cobra pushup
regular pushup
and pike pushup
helped me a lot

No it's not a bad exercise but it's a very good exercise for building muscles I start my workout in February month in this I do 200 dive bumper pushups so I became very fit only in 5 months to do this exercise

Correct me if I'm wrong but Chris always wear flat shoes or slipons for his workout videos, are they actually good for working out? -

Big respect for all exercises you give to us to progsive our body, during quarantine at home, i always stated ma day with 20 push ups, thank chris.

So sad to know Dive bomber pushups won't reap any benefits. Actually I have been doing it for 3 months and it was a killer to do 50 reps.

Those are called -dand- in yoga, pehelwans(wrestlers here in india) do them in a large amount of reps.
