Physique looking great. I am also a big believer in lean bulking. For me, the number one mistake people make is the endless cycle of so called -dirty bulking- and then cutting. If you are a natural lifter, you can only gain approximately 2 to 20 pounds of muscle per year depending on how long you have been lifting. When people dirty bulk they are really piling on the fat, not muscle. After a period of bulking, they go on extreme cut diets only to cram large quantities of garbage back into their bodies following the cut. What they don't realize is their bodies are creating more fat cells during that bulking period. Once those fat cells are created, they never go away. You can shrink them, but you have them for life. The next time they bulk, the weight gain becomes easier and the cut becomes harder. In the long term this is not healthy for their bodies. The best way to gain muscle mass is trough a healthy whole food diet and proper training. You can gain muscle mass while maintaining a low body fat percentage. But in this case, the gains are real and lasting. And if fitness is really your goal, then the junk food has to go. There has been plenty of research that shows high calorie, high fat foods stuffed with excess sugar and salt are desirable despite their health risks because they can be addictive. They can rewire the brain's reward mechanism just like cocaine does. Anyone who claims they are into fitness and has not learned that yet has not done their homework. Diet is 75 to 80 percent fitness. You cannot out train a bad diet. You may look great on the outside, but it's what's going on inside that will eventually determine your long term fitness. However, many of the so called fitness people are just looking for a super good-looking body for that next great gym selfie and long term fitness is not really of any interest to them.

THE
Good info dude, spot on the leaner the body the more calories you can consume and add more tissue as long as your progressing in the gym, always got to grow gradually otherwise your bulk season is over in 2 weeks gaining 25lbs of just fat and water. Perfect analogy dude.
