These workouts are very enjoyable and easily digestible for rookies too - thanks for your great work. May I just suggest to add an -exercise coming next- icon on the top of the screen? Sometimes I find myself wasting precious seconds setting up for the next round, so it would be useful to be prepared to what's coming next and minimise that loss of seconds.

I'm relatively new to working out, and I have a question. So when I do some back exercises, I noticed that sometimes my stomach or lower back area pushes forwards. This causes a small amount of pain when I bend over after a set. Is this normal? And how can I fix it?

Now for sure get rid of the music with inappropriate words as I'd like to not have to send my kid out of the room because of a back workout. ;)

Can we please have a workout focused on the arm without bands or anything, cuz I don't HV the bands I'm 11 btw

I am new and do a workout at home, and I do not have the means to exercise. I only work with very ordinary methods
