Thanks for the awesome video! quick question. I see you have many other ab videos, is there any routine to which videos we should be doing? Or should you focus on one specific video most of the time?

PLEASE HELP, lying leg raise/scissor leg raise makes my back pop, I want to do yuor ab workout but this makes me hopeless, please help!
