You can hit this home mobility routine 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days Nicola: First of all I want to thank you for this amazing video routine, I've been doing it for a couple of weeks and I'm finding it really helpful and beneficial.
Only one question, does anyone tell me what could I do in order to be able to do -Cow's Face stretch- with both side?
I'm currently able to perform it correctly only in one side, with the other side both hand are still really far off from each other by quite a considerable distance.
Anyone has any tip?

I have done this routine every morning for two months now. Sleeping a lot better (not needing muscle relaxers anymore for tight back and hips, and feeling more energetic throughout the day. Once the gyms open up again I'd like to see how this helps my lifting. Great video, Fraser.

Hey I just wanted to say thanks - I started doing resistance training at 40 and I-m doing this routine daily. It-s improved my mobility, posture and stress levels by relaxing my neck and shoulders. Thank you for sharing -

Today i got new experience in fitness Field.
I am only doing workout and it last soo long that after it i don't do any streaching today i did it and it boost me up oo my god. I am feeling soo good

Any chance of getting a series of these in different locations with slight variations? I'd kill for a playlist of 10+ of these at 15-30 minutes each to shuffle through every day of the week. :P
