2 months ago I started doing push-ups, I started with only 50 push ups a day for 5 days a week, I couldn-t do more than that. Then about 3 weeks in, I started noticing less muscle fatigue, so I then switched it to 100 push-ups a day, five days a week. I-m proud to say that 2 months into this journey and I-m now doing 200 push-ups a day, but more importantly I-m starting to do 1 handed push-ups. It-s more than just being able to do 200 push ups a day, its the enjoyment in your accomplishments that Is most rewarding.

So Chris, I'm 23 and i workout but not only calisthenics i also do gym. I'm the situation where I'm skinny fat i have a good muscular body but i have a belly and i don't know why? Like when I look down over my chest i see my belly right and the bottom like being to outside, sry for my English. Why is that?

I used to hate push ups, because I did not have a strong chest from the start, but after watching Chris' videos I am in love with push ups and slowly progressing towards harder variations.

I-ve been doing push-ups for a while now but I still can-t figure out why my elbows are cracking when I do push-up. Any solutions or tips you got Chris?

My left hand elbow was making more angle than right. I was worried and couldnt fix it. But after this. Yours is same. so I feel fine

about to start up from the basics from push ups and pull ups to weights, i appriiaate this! im at 10 max pull ups and 20 push ups
