I don't have a blender, I have a magic bullet so. smaller scale. I just tried the ginger shot smoothie and I have to admit not bad. The ginger is a bit strong for me so I will probably cut back on that a bit. What do you think about adding almond milk instead of water? I did add some ice cubes as I like my drinks cold instead of room temp. Any smoothie ideas with berries that would have the same effect as the ones you showed in your video?

Litlle advice for the Kiwi-Smoothie:
Don't skin your Kiwis, rather buy some Bio-regulated organic Kiwis that were not treated with Pesticides and just cut them, leave the peel on. It's the most nutritious layer with tons of beneficial attributes.
You could even eat Kiwis like an Apple, but some dont like the texture of the peel, but if you mix it in a smoothie you dont even taste it. Try it out!

Just tried the apple cider vinegar smoothie. It was awful. I figured 1/2cup is about 118g of fluid. So 118g vinegar and 118g water. mixed with half an apple and a full kiwi => vinegar taste was far too strong. Also my consistency is by far more watery. what did I made wrong?

I don't know where you found that green apple cause all the green apples of the world have like double the carbs and by that I mean that the calories do not add up with the macros, but still nice video and great smoothies overall

Great video, but I just wanted to mention that there is no scientific evidence that bee polen is good for your health, as a matter of fact, the FDA forbidden on sellers to claim that it's benifitial for your health

i started working out and i take a whey protein shake and add 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter, a banana, and almond milk. then just eat whatever my mom cooks, any changes i should make?

with regards to the Berry Smoothie: your recipe calls for 1 cup of water but you don't show it in the video. is this a typo or do we need to add the cup of water? thanks in advance =)

I will do all these smoothies as meal replacement for 10 days. Doing my labs tomorrow so I can have a -before and after-.
