Day 11 and it is the morning after I did yesterdays workouts and Zumba but I have sero sore muscles: O what the heck? Is that good or bad. I guess I am over exercicing but it is so much fun. I also think that I have to get a better routine. Like really doing it every morning and not sometimes in the morning and the in the eventing and then again in the morning. But this workout was fun and make me sweat!

So this might be a weird question. I'm just getting started on the entire beginner series calendar. The last video I watched told me to repeat the video 4 times. Am I supposed to do that to all the videos? Or do I only watch them once through unless she says to repeat them?

FIRST time completing the daily workout playlist!
On a side note, is there a way to help ease the pressure on my wrists when doing these exercises? After so many moves on my hands, I had take breaks during this last workout because my wrists were KILLING me!

After 4 months of following the calendars (1 beginner and then May/June/July) today was the FIRST day I did all the videos back to back without having to hit pause or take ridiculously long breaks between each one! And I only cried once!

A bit over 2 weeks now. I almost skipped today, but then I watched the video where Michelle Khare runs a marathon and remembered everything you say about pushing yourself and I got to it. Best and hardest day so far! Thank you!

I cannot do rainbows if it's not on my knees, my arms don't keep my weight so long. I still think that the rest of the videos of the callendar are worst than the #7daygluteschallenge but I'm a bit worried for the second part

I usually never cry during workouts, but butt exercises make me cry sooo much I dont even find them that hard, but something about them just gets me every single time.
