Other than a week off for turf toe (unrelated to this program) I can't believe the 6 weeks are over. Although I didn't take any measurements I can see how much my body toned up, especially my upper body. I think the greatest improvements are in my overall strength and endurance. This program made working out a fun part of my daily routine that I always looked forward to. Time to take a week or two and focus on stability and flexibility before starting 6 Week Shred II! Thanks for this incredible program and look forward to the next one!

At first I thought this would be a breeze, and I was wrong. The farther along into the workout, the more challenging it became. I loved the challenge, and I love the feeling get when this one is done!
