While doing this workout, I realize I've been doing abs exercise ineffectively. My back at times will arch back, I need to keep it flat on the ground to engage the core. I find out deadbug exercise is a good start to make sure the back stays flat. Will train myself to have a good form first then I'll be back to challenge this work out

the workout looks great, so should i do this workout for a week and another one of ur workouts for the next weeek? im alternatively doing my arms so thats not a worry.
i also wanted to know if ur on a diet and u do this workout for two weeks will they be any solid results?

I do 20 min of abs videos every day since 1 year and i believe it was the first time that i found it was hard since long time especially the beginning of the video
