This is the ultimate total body workout that will build strength and torch calories. I'm using 30 lb / 13. 6 kg dumbbells in the final circuit. Work hard, take breaks as needed and let's have a great workout!

Love it! But I miss the percentage bar. Please include that in future videos. It helps me not give up knowing how close I am to finishing.
