Atlanta's airport is the busiest in the world! More than 100 million people land and takeoff from its five runways every year. This means it must have some of the best airline lounges. Right? Well, you can decide for yourself which is the best airline lounge in Atlanta by watching this video. The other day, I landed in Atlanta after a flight from Tucson, Arizona. When I looked at my connecting flight, I realized I had a four-hour layover! I decided I could either sit and read OR do something epic! So, I chose something epic: Visiting every club in the Atlanta airport in one day. This meant A LOT of walking (more than five miles) and a lot of stairs (31 flights! The good news? You can enjoy everything I saw without the effort. Enjoy! And, stick around to the end to find out how long it takes to get from one end of the airport to the other in the Atlanta airport train and even how long it takes to walk across the entire Atlanta airport! Along the way, we'll stop off at the Delta Sky Clubs in Concourses T, A, B, C, D, E, F, the Admiral's Club in Concourse T, and the Club at ATL in Concourse F. Here are the details for each club: Delta Sky Club Concourse T (near Gate T6) Mon Sun: 5: 00am 1

Excellent video! My favorite lounge would be in the B terminal! I like it's layout! Even though it was busy. That wouldn't bother me! Might find some nice people to converse with! I've never ever been in an airport lounge! Would sooo love to experience it! Thanks for all the information on these lounges at ATL! Especially how to gain access to them! I'd end up buying the top of the line membership most likely! I would love to spend the day at ATL to do just what you did. I'll book a flight on Delta with a overnight layover. Then hit all the bars in the lounges! Stay at The Renaissance Concourse Airport Hotel. Fly out the next day! Ha! Ha! Delta is one of my favorite airlines to fly! Thanks Jeb for this video again! Safe Travels to you! Stay Safe. Stay You!

Jeb, consider yourself lucky you werent on a Delta Airlines flight that was blown to the ground by a microburst on its final approach. A microburst is something pilots tend to avoid and for good reason- they have powerful tailwinds and downdrafts that can slam a plane into the ground, which is what caused this plane to crash. Though there were survivors on this flight, many people lost their lives. It was one of Deltas worst accidents and it was caused by poor weather equipment and the lack of understanding at the time about how microbursts work

One of my kids are afraid of trains, so we always get there early so we can walk to our gate. We love the rainforest section & the artwork. Thank you for sharing, ATL is our main hub. I am flying international in a few months and wanted to find out if its worth it to upgrade or purchase delta club access. I also wonder if kids are allowed to enter? I see no children there. I think I like F-concourse delta club.

This is great idea! We normally get rooted on one Sky club when we pay for a day pass on a long lay over. The Club at ATL is like our second home since we have PP. I've been to Sky Club on F and the one on A ( the second one you visited. We have a long lay over in May 2022 and flying D1 internationally so Lounge hopping is not a bad idea to kill 3 hours. Seems like others have done this on the Flyer talk forum.

There is another underground passageway between B and C Concourses, near where the Delta regional flights had their gates. It was a great shortcut between B and C when you had a flight arrive at one and leave from the other. Unfortunately, they decided to close that passageway to the public (security concerns) so you now have to go all the way to center point to travel to the other terminal.

I have always preferred the Sky Club at E concourse because it used to be the international first class club and it holds fond memories for me. It is also close to my favorite restaurant at ATL (One Flew South. I have a lifetime executive membership, which Delta has not sold for decades. It is the best investment I have ever made.

1: 05 reflect the soul of Jeb and fanatics like us: if you like ANYTHING related to aviaton.
YES, doesnt matter if the flight, the lounge, the maintenance, the logistic of food, the pilot, the control tower, the baggage. we do love any aspect of aviaton and Im glad Jeb and others geeks share their experiences with us.

Interesting and informative. I wish you could've compared Delta's Sky Club to the United Club, American's Admiral's Club, and the Centurion Lounge which I know won't open until 2023. If you have access, maybe you can do a feature vlog about each, and then a summary comparing them collectively in the future.

I have been to the club lounge and it sucks - food options were a joke, like cheese and crackers. Seating was not comfortable either, so quickly left and happily paid to go to a bar. Delta lounge in F definitely looks the best - may have to check that out, but of course I'll probably fly into B! Great video!

B was my favorite club. By me working in a lot of fine dining restaurants that has always been busy. And I am a chef as well. . I look for great food and how things look inside. I am coming ur way Delta sky club I look forward to hopefully be working there one day soon.

I have done the F to T several times. My favorite part of the walk is between E and F, because you have to go through the E concourse. The first time I flew through Atlanta, 1990, I walked to my gate because I didn't see the train - weird how I missed that.

I did this myself one six hour layover. And I walked about 5 miles also. Its a great way to get in your steps. It is my favorite airport and I love the lounges. I wont see what my favorite is because I dont want people to go there.
reply

You should walk all of the concourses basically visiting every gate at ATL. I did it once on a four hour layover. It was a great way to kill time. I even walked in between each concourse. Boy was I tired afterwards

Out of all the concourses in ATL, which lounge offers the best runway views besides those in Concourse F? Planning to visit during our 4-hour layover in December, would like to view some great plane action!

I have been living in Japan for the past 19 years and I am moving back to the states in January. The ticket I bought has me at a 12 hour layover in Atlanta so this video was very helpful. Thanks for sharing.

I am so excited to watch this video and I havent even started. I always get lucky and land in Concourse B so I really wanted to see what my experience would be like in C! Thank you for making it!

If you do another video on lounges, Id like to get more information on seating. Are there any lounges with recliners, for instance? Id love to be able to take a nap somewhere between long flights.

Im Platinum on Delta and to keep it this year my wife and I made a mileage run from SAT to LAX. Sat in the Sky Club and worked all day and came back home to SAT that evening. Hey its miles.

Un impressed these are unimpressive considering the size of theses Airlines. Also it's not free. These people are paying for these stuff. It should not look like it is a Buffet.
reply

If you ever find yourself on a longer layover in DTW, you should do a similar comparison of the four Sky Clubs there, and how they stack up to other Delta lounges being former NWA clubs
reply

Very cool. Do you have any plans to do a comparison of the Delta Lounges at LGA? Terminal C has three. I just joined their lounge network, would love to hear your thoughts!
reply

the airport may be safe but DO NOT DARE GOING INTO ATLANTA OR YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE A VICTIM OF BLACK CRIME. It's so bad that Buckhead is separating from Atlanta proper.
reply

I use them all. However, the worst is the D concourse club (can't remember what gate) but it has one rest room. Not one mens and one ladies; ONE rest room.
reply

4: 01 Theres no such thing as the tarmac. Its either the ramp, the apron, the taxiway, or the runway. The word was just a fake term created by the media.
reply

I actually laughed out loud at the If you want to know how long it takes to walk from one end to the other, keep watching! (Or words to that affect)
reply

Updated since January 31st, 2020 you can't get access to the sky lounge using the delta gold personal card or buy an 1 day membership.
reply

Actually- the t gates were added during the 96 olympics. They were just hastily tacked onto the terminal building. A-D were there before that.
reply

Im a Atlanta frequent flyer (internationally) the one that I prefer the most is the sky club at F concurse. The club atl is really crowded
reply

Favorite club, if I have a longer layover, is definitely the international concourse F, better food and the outside patio is very nice.
reply

You left out my United Club in Concourse T. I think its a hidden gem if you can get in. Recently renovated and fantastic views.
