I think the limited entertainment options are somewhat out of Air Canadas control due to Canadian content regulations by the government agency CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission. This stipulates the level of Canadian content that must be broadcasted (or presented on Canadian entertainment service providers. In addition, there are often copyright restricts from American and UK produced films and television programmes which makes content not as easily accessible to Canadian viewers as they would be for Americans.

I work with several Canadians here in HK and their experience with Air Canada is uniformly awful. One calls it Air Canofdog. None of them will fly the airline if they don't have to. I think they knew Jed was coming. I made one flight from Vancouver to Hong Kong, if Air Canada is my only option next time, I'll swim. He seems like an honest guy but I think they snookered him. It is not a 5 star airline. It isn't even a three star airline. Rude flight attendants, terrible food, very poor service.

What you are showing is rare 99% of air Canada flights in North America and Europe are Air Canada Rouge which is their over priced cramped charter service

Flew twice on economy and I can say confidently that I never experienced such indifferent and outright rude service. also the food was thw worst amongst all the airlines I have tried so far (Lufthansa, Qatar, Virgin Atlantic, Delta) And if you have any questions by email? Forget any response. calling reservations keeps you on hold for hours. I am amazed they have managed to be around for so long!

Hi Jeb even though you said that the IFE was the only letdown it's not significant to many travelers as many come prepared by providing their own. For the about 4 hours of flight time, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. However I think it would be worthy to provide streaming (news, sports or some program) to our portable devices, whether it be our smartphone, tablet or notebook computer.

Air Canada has the best customer service I've ever experienced especially 4 wheelchair users like myself. From the moment I entered the main terminal and checked in. I had a person from the airlines push my wheelchair to the main terminal to the bus that would take me 2 the terminal servicing my flight home 2 Northeast Ohio.

Just not book a transfer on Toronto pearson airport i mist my flight 2nd flight and aircanada konws that we are form Holland so aircanada and ather poeple these come form new jersey and aircanada also justitie not bookt a hotel for and the next day take a train to new York so do not book with aircanada

Did they know you are filming. My experience with Air Canada not good. My last flight the complimentary drink and snack by passed me both times and when I went to disembark the crew made me do a lap around business class before they let me disembark (I was in economy.

Thank you Jeb. not enough people review Air Canada. and its' for shame. I flew with them in 2015 from Edmonton -> Vancouver -> Campbell River BC (Flight from Vancouver to Campbell River was on Central Mountain Air, but booked though Air Canada. And it was great.

from 2018 to today there is a massive improvement of Jeb Brooks' style of bringing flights to us. this was already detailed as is but it is 10X more detailed in modern day and he does an excellent job of trying to make it as if we are with him.

On the Ads for Air Canada IFE, I just Fast Forward through them lol. At least with their old IFE you could do that, I am not sure about their new IFE if you can fast-forward through it. Next time I fly AC, I'll try.

I have done several flights within Canada and from/to Europe with AirCanada. Frankly, its a top-of-the-tree company which mirrors well Canada and the Canadians. Always looking forward to repeat. Best from Nuuk.

Second worst airline in the world in my opinion. No friendly staff at all. Horrible food. Good modern plane and seats tho. Only air France is worse, old junk and terrible staff.
