I do appreciate both economy & business/first class videos as I do use both. To say I have a bad back is like saying a 747 is a bit bigger than a Cessna, seriously. I was retired with a full medical pension at 30yo & after 6 failed back surgeries including experimental surgeries & a pain pump machine inserted in the fat my stomach to pump medication to my back directly I have to travel business or first class on any flight over 2. 5hrs. It makes a tremendous difference because I need to stand often & the extra recline space is much more beneficial than I woulda thought. First time I flew first class on a 4. 5hr flight I had just flown in economy about 6mos prior I couldn't believe the difference it made for me. It does make international travel quite a bit more expensive for me but I couldn't do it any other way.

Twizzlers. Great snack and easy to pass to kids nearby that are having a hard time with flying. Saves my ears and helps me easy uncomfortable parents by helping their kids feel a bit happier when they get a mini pack of twizzlers to munch on. As a parent I know how hard it can be to fly with kids at times and if I get a chance to help in some small way, I try and let them know I don't mind a kid being a kid. The last little girl next to me kept grabbing my hat and so I made a game out of it and told the parents not to worry. It made the trip much more fun for me and the parents.

Glad you had a good flight. Economy seats aren't terrible, and on my last flight(s) (on American as well) I was quite comfortable. Maybe in future videos rate the airports you fly in/out of? Flew out of Miami on my return flight in February, and I was not impressed one bit.
Guess it was just too crowded, too big, too spread out. I dunno, I just didn't like it. Maybe the 2 HOURS it took to go thru security skewed my opinion? And this was midday on a weekday? Is it ALWAYS that bloody busy at MIA?

I just flew from Tampa to Dfw on american and sat in the aisle seat both ways husband and daughter sat in the other two seats. My gripe is why doesn't the armrest toward the aisle go up and down? I have bruises on the side of my thigh from getting in and out of the seat to let them go to the bathroom from that armrest, there is no easy way to avoid it! IT IS A MAJOR P I T A

Jeb I love your videos, but on this one. man. Here's a note to travellers. You're not WALKING the 1, 200 miles. You're flying. You can probably survive the 2 hour without a Subway, and without perishing. Maybe.
But great to see a review that's not in a premium cabin. Always a fan, always will be. and very jealous of your SXM adventure - still on my bucket list. :)
Oh! And great to see Suzanne being more front of camera too! Hi gurl! :)

Weve been watching a lot of your videos and its always nice to see the first class options but its nicer to see economy seats since thats what we and many others can afford. Were going in our honeymoon soon and its been stressful looking at first class prices when weve flown hundreds of times in economy and were just fine lol. So this is a nice reminder (although its an older video) that economy seats are perfect too!

Jeb, in terms of economy class videos, I'd love to see parts of the planes that have added benefits in economy. Such as when the row goes from 2 seats to 3 and so you get a bit more leg room on certain models, or find the seats with double windows (eg 24 A and F on Delta's A220s) etc etc. Which planes to avoid that have old IFE/bad legroom (Delta B737-800s) etc.

That's a generous score given that there's no actual IFE for free.

I love to watch you guys travelling together. Nice strategy to take the aisle and window seat, to keep the middle seat empty. When I travel in Economy, I make sure that I do have enough content on my IPad to watch some Movies or Series. Water and some snacks are also on my must have list.

I personally don't like watching first class/business videos. I can't afford those seats, won't ever be flying in those seats and could care less what they have to offer. For me, those classes aren't reality so I'd rather see what the airlines have to offer in the class that I'll be flying.

What I like to have more leg room, I grab the thing's I'm going to entertain myself and put my caryon in the over head. So its easy so I don't have to keep getting up in the over head bin to grab somthing. Works well!

I think if one is traveling alone, the best way to get an empty middle seat is to select a back row where the aisle or window seat is already booked. The middle seats in those rows fill last.

We flew to and from Fargo North Dakota to Orlando via Allegiant on an A320. It's an absolutely beautiful aircraft. Tons of leg room, very quiet land comfy seats. Nice.

Stay away from American Airlines they will cancel your flight and will not reimburse you for any seat upgrades. So they keep your money and do not provide a service.
