I just wanted to tell you that I am loving your videos and admire your fearlessness and honesty. There is nothing better to me than seeing a woman going out in the world and pursuing her passion. More than two years since you posted this video but it really tugs at the heartstrings to witness such an honest emotion. I hope everything is ok with you now and I guess you know that a life well lived is just part of the larger circle of everything. The best we can do is love.

I lost my first cat on my own Kaya on 11/13/16. I got her a year after I came to college when I got a trailer. It broke my heart. I can't imagine getting shit news about a pet like that. I am watching in order so don't know what happened yet but I hope your dogge is okay.

I should be freaking working right now, but I'm watching yet one more VBlog from Homemade Wanderlust. Multiple days of rain on the trail. I know too well how much unfun that is. One thing that is becoming clear is that Jessica has got (or found) serious grit.

Aw I felt so bad for you watching you talk about your dog. I mean it wasn't just the dog: the hike was hard, you were away from anything familiar, it all would've rolled up the emotions into a snowball. Love the videos so far!

Just stumbled on your videos. Enjoyed watching some of your experiences on the trail. I think you're great at playing the mental game on the trail, that seems to be the hardest part!
