By the end of this video, your whole energy and demeanor have changed. You are stronger, cheerier, more animated, and playful. It is obvious that you were suffering from a low grade, energy-draining infection before and must have been in a lot of pain. I'm so glad you are getting all better. May the guy who discovered antibiotics live in happiness and joy forever for all the blessings he has brought to people after millennia of suffering.

Those moments of extreme beauty are made all the better by the struggle to get there. I try to remember that whenever I'm struggling through PUDs or bad weather. I was soaking in a creek after a several hot dry days of hiking when some day hikers came along once, and I felt bad for them, because they couldn't appreciate how wonderful that cool creek truly was. Isn't it great to hike!

Cool you are almost there. I've been with you since 2015 on the A. T. Dixie. I can relate to the feelings you have been experiencing along the trails of life. We all go through it one way or another. Life teaches us all. Our paths maybe different, but the end results are all mostly the same. We live, then we pass on to another spiritual destination. Have fun.

I know exactly how you feel about the titular view. I go on plenty of dayhikes and try to vlog them when I can. The views I see never translate on camera. This view you've captured for us is stunning, and I get goosebumps thinking about how beautiful it was in real life.

Today was the perfect time for me to view this video. I had skipped the last few of this journey for a few reasons with the intention of coming back at the right time. this was today. Such encouragement about making a go of it for the next stage of life's journey.

Love the adventures Dixie! Thanks for the great videos, they helped my two daughters hike 200 miles on the PCT. Ever since an arborist in Idaho told me about the Verbenone Pine Beetle Repellent, I don't understand why we are letting our Forests be decimated by this beetle.

Im so excited you got to experience of our Glorious and common sunsets in Alberta! I am born and raised in Alberta where the CDT ends (above Montana) and lived 15 years in BC. (where the PCT Ends. Cant wait to experience this from my first trail camp

Dixie that was wonderful. Yes the camera captured the snowfall and the sunset perfectly for this coffee shop viewer. Did get me wondering whether the 29 who disliked would prefer a darkened room. I'll personally turn the light out for them

Your videos are all beautiful and so well-done, but this one with your sunset photos is spectacular. Thank you so much for taking the time and energy to bring us with you on your hike.
