In current state where even Lexus has rattle issues, it is very risky to purchase vehicles. Signature models of Mazda, 60, 000 Lexus vehicles. rattle, rattle, rattles. Lease is the way to go.

I don't think you would have lost that much purchasing it unless you paid MSRP. I remember that some people were getting unbelievably large discounts on the Soul EV back in the day.

IMHO, it's far too limited. I don't see much practical use, other than as a second or even third vehicle, used primarily for running errands (and signaling one's Green virtue.

A wise lease. The range must be in the 80s now, yikes that is a urban runabout. Retail value seems around 15K, probably buy it for 13K but why would you?

I don't think EVs are ready for mainstream purchase. More expensive, fewer charging stations, worse range. Not great in cold weather.

My last two cars have never left California. But YES, I definitely need 400 miles of range and rapid charging hydrogen offers.
