I have a look at a Nissan Frontier that was towed in after having the parts cannon unloaded on it several times. The vehicle had also been to the dealer for a few guesses but was still unable to be fixed

I understand your frustration when you have multiple expensive scan tools and cant do some simple programing of a ECM or a BCM. Hapend to me couple of times with old renaults, fiats and opels. It seems sometimes the aftermarket scan tools even if they have the ability to program modules and security, they just cant do it. Sometimes you just need the OEM tool or a specialized programing tool.

Eric, Last year a guy near Chicago hit 1 million miles with his RWD, manual, 4 cylinder Frontier. In the middle of the publicity blitz Nissan arranged for the occasion they announced the cancellation of the 4 cylinder and manual options.

Another amazing diag Eric O. Love to wake up with a cup of coffee and some new SMA. I believe my IQ goes up with every second i indulge in your automotive wizardry Mr. O lol. Have a wonderful day.

Hell yeah. Always start with the scan tool, especially before having to do an automated bleed. Get everything all put back together and it won't bleed because of a bad bearing. True story.

Lol. I used Keith to get this fixed. If I can do it, you csn do it. But don't call Keith.
I know, he said for free advice. But it just sounded so funny to me.

Leave it to Nissan to have a vehicle in production as late as 2005 that doesn't have a transponder key. No wonder they're going into bankruptcy

Well I've heard of charging by the hour. But how much do you charge by the year? Since you started this project last year! Haha! Good job!

This is exactly why I hate working on a basket case that's had a dozen hands in it, even though I love the challenge lol. good job Eric.
