To be honest, I've always loved the C63 due to the W204 generation, but after driving a 2016 E63s, I fell in love with the E63s over pretty much any other car. The S63 I'm sure would be amazing as well, but at that point just seems to be too much. These new 63 models are overall disappointing from a performance standpoint, although I don't doubt they'd be comfortable

It’s funny because when I saw the tuned one being slower in the mid range than the stock one I thought to myself I bet it’s a dms tune. And they mentioned that it was a DMS. so they claim 500 hp I would knock about 50 hp of that off and then you will have the correct figure because dms always have a happy Dyno with fake figures

There are a few things here that are concerning. The weight, sound and complexity of the C63. The A45 must have engine longevity issues with the ridiculous specific output per litre. DMS offer great tunes but surely that A45 won't take many miles at that horsepower. In fairness the new M5 has the same issue as the C63 with weight.

funny how Matt has a soft spot for AMG and BMW always saying the previous best time of course cars will perfom based on their current condition the owner of that E63 needs to do some work on the car sadly its like thats the trend with all amgs they get slow and slower

I'm sorry but can you stop putting nicolas in these races, he ALWAYS LOOSES terribly, even with a tuned a45s vs a stock a45 he managed to loose, he doesn't know how to race, he's freaking slow off the line and doesn't know how to shift

So the C63 weighs 200 kg heavier than a larger car with double the displacement, cylinders and turbos, is cheaper and sounds substantially better.

Almost 500 hp from a stock i4 is nuts. They went above and beyond to make that i4 put out as much as possible. imagine if they put all that R&D towards the 4. 0 would’ve been an absolute rocket

Even if that E63 is broken I’d still take it over the other cars any day but I will say that the A45S is crazy fast for a hatchback, stock or not. Plus it’s appropriately named, not like the C63.

476 hp from a 2. 0L is nuts. If the 4. 0L had that specific output, it would make 952 hp. Which is obvious, but puts into perspective how hard that 4 cylinder engine is working

you could have found a healthy E63s THOUGH. I think its rubbish that you replaced a sick E63 with a freaking A45. THIS VIDEO needs to be redone ASAP with a healthy E63s

New C63 is just so damn bad. Mercedes didn't even TRY to make it sound good, they didn't try to make it lighter either tho, so it shouldn't be that surprising.

The E63 had bad gas or something wrong because the A45 shouldnt hang with it. Tried both and they’re not comparable in straight line speed

That is quite an old e63 there is actually a 2023 version that looks a lot newer but has the same engine but engines do lose power over the years
