I have to say ye ford 2. 0 engine is a weapon for what it is- the 3. 2 post 2016 was pokeless and horrible I have drove about every pickup there is and I settled on a fleet of 2. 0 bi turbo wildtrack - ( this was before Toyota came out with the 2. 8 ) the range was the best off road had the best road handling with a load in the bed -. Nicest interior ( my opinion ) but the 10 speed was a great unit for towing really makes full use out of the 2. 0 and yes il admit when towing at max capacity it-s pushed but then the gearbox is there to keep it in line I-ve had a JCB 5 ton machine plus a tri axle 20ft trailer and a pecker grab etc so around 7 ton on my ranger -. Faultless ( was on a closed private road )

We have a fleet of Amarok V6s at work. That drivetrain is fantastic! They've been excellent in terms of reliability too - the only issue we've had to date was a sticky fuel door actuator. A mate of mine's work also runs a fleet of the V6 Amaroks with the same experience. The VAG V6 TDI is one of the very best mass produced diesel engines available today, ditto with the ZF8 trans. In bitdi form (Audi A6, SQ5) it is an absolute weapon and sounds unreal!

A raptor with a full tank of gas and a person weighs almost 6500 pounds. It is reinforced for off road use with beefier axles, giant 35 inch tires, and is over half a foot wider than a regular f150. It is a giant compared to those mid size trucks. But it is basically just as fast.

It's August 2021. and that F-150 still hasn't come to a complete stop.
I can't believe Ford would sell something like that in the 21st century. It's either negligence or malice to fit such a heavy truck with such puny -brakes-.

I have a 2021 Ranger STX 4x4 with the 2. 3L Turbo. 270HP 310 Tq. I sincerely feel like I wouldn-t dusted that Ranger Raptor. That-s probably ALL I would-ve beaten. But still, I expected the Raptors, both of them, to be faster.

Always said here about the Ranger is, the older 3. 2 5 cylinder was the better one. No. The new 2. 0 biturbo is stronger and faster in every aspect. But still behind the X350 and Amarok.

The amarok has a canopy. Does anyone think this could make a difference? If loadbay is open it would be like a huge air break. Mercedes looked covered but could not tell on the 2 fords.

There-s no competition in this video. the Ford Ranger & F-150 Raptors dominate this segment. Nothing is even close; not Toyota, VW, nor Nissan in overall capabilities.

F150 has offroad tyres, that is the reason it was way slower with acceleration and so bad with braking, put some normal tyres and the race would make more sense -

You don't buy a pickup truck for drag race. btw none of the rest trucks can stay next to Raptor on a fast drive off road or on road. and this is the fact.
