Hennessey Mammoth review with 0-60mph, 1/4-mile and brake test!

Think it looks familiar? Well, it does! The Mammoth is based on a Dodge RAM TRX, but it s got a few key differences that separate it from the RAM. For starters, let s talk about power! It may have the same 6. 2-litre supercharged V8 under the bonnet, but the power output has been dialled up! Whereas the normal RAM can produce 702hp, the Mammoth has an output of 1026hp and 1314Nm of torque! As a result, it can hit 60mph in a reported 3. 2 seconds, and has a top speed of 122mph! The exterior design has a few updates, too, including a bespoke front bumper & rear bumper along with LED lighting and unique alloy wheels. When it comes to the interior, though, less has changed. Bar some Hennessey branding on the headrests and dash, it s identical to the usual RAM! The Hennessey Mammoth has a starting price of 150, 000, so it s not cheap! But is it worth it? You ll have to stick with Mat in this all-new review to see for yourself!

This is absolutely ridiculous.
How can they complain about pedestrian safety and say 'No' to pop up headlights yet they allow cars like this.
If you got hit by this at any speed, you'd be in hospital/dead. Also, that stop distance is nuts.

You know Hennessey missed the opportunity to call it the RAMMOTH. Put some counter weights far behind the rear axle and it could have been the WHEELY RAMMOTH! Now that would have been something special.

With EV pickups hitting the market having better performance and towing, it almost seems redundant to create such a truck. Price for performance and rarity almost make it a pointless purchase.

I'm in love with the Hennessey Mammoth 1000 TRX! It's my favourite pick-up truck ever with absolutely insane performance and a crazy design! It's the Mammoth of the automobile industry!
reply

Ah, you called it a Dodge Ram 1: 46 when the RAM brand has been separate from Dodge for thirteen years now. Fun fact, It's also not made by Daimler-Chrysler anymore either.

A Hennessey car not performing anywhere near as well as Hennessey claims. what else is new? 3. 2 claimed, can't go under 3. 9, lmao. That's a pretty big difference.

This video felt more like an ad for other videos, seeing how often other videos have been recommended in this video s script. Please tone it down a bit.

Every review i've seen on this truck has been in the UK, where most of the time it's spent with it's pedal to the metal. So it really should get 10 mpg. Haha!

Damn, 20 years ago, supercars would look so fast when they did 0-60 in 4 seconds. Now we have a pick-up truck that weight 3 tons that does 0-60 in 3. 9 sec
reply

I like just because is powerful and fast but i don't like the looking isn't bad but i just don't like because is the same looking with dodge ram trx

Off road test soon? It's natural habitat is the open deserts of California and Texas where it has room for it's power and long-travel suspension.

This thing is a rolling advertisement for electric cars. All of a sudden a 2. 500 killo electric SUV's looks light, nimble and economical.

Drag raced it with Ford F-150 Velociraptor and Chevrolet Silverado. That will be amazing. oh yea, don't forget to invite Yianni too

12. 2 is what they run stock in the US. With a tune, pulley, and smaller tires they are high 10 s. Idk why it s so slow here.
