850hp BMW M3 v 860hp Ford Mustang: DRAG RACE

It s time for two tuned RWD monsters to go head-to-head over the quarter-mile! First up we have Mat in an F80 BMW M3. Normally this would be powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo straight-six, however in this instance, the two turbos have been switched for one massive turbo, and as a result, it can produce 950hp and 1, 100Nm of torque! However, it can only hit that much power on a prepared surface while it s rolling on drag slicks, and seeing as we have neither of them, the power has been dialled down to 850hp & 950Nm. Next up we have the Mustang. Under the bonnet it s powered by a 5-litre V8, however, this one has had a supercharger added to it, so the output is now 859hp and 902Nm! The BMW also has one key advantage over the Mustang - it comes with an automatic gearbox, while the Mustang is a manual! Will the transmission prove the difference? There s only one way to find out LET S RACE!

Germans and their safety. Big respect to the Mustang for not being safe and fun. If I have a 850HP car, I'm ready to die in it, thank you very much.

The F80 M3 will always be my favorite, I love the G80 but the F80 has my heart.
Edit: I also love every other generation! F80>E92>G80>E46>E30>E36.
