People crap on American vehicles and praise German engineering but lately American quality has gone up, and German car quality has gone down. It is common now to see used American trucks and cars with nearly 200, 000 miles in the used car market being sold running fine being. That's how the old Mercedes were but would anyone feel comfortable buying a modern Mercedes with high mileage or an Audi or BMW with 200, 000 miles which would you feel more comfortable putting your son or daughter in for thier first car an American truck with high mileage or a German vehicle, or worse a modern-day used land rover

Doug spent half this review talking about how the CT5 is better, and the other half of the review talking about how the M3 is better. Despite the CT4 significantly undercutting both in price. This is an amazing value for the money, and isn't hideous like the new M3. Most magazines (Car&Driver, RoadAndTrack) have said that it drives just as good if not better than the new M3 thanks to the superior tremec manual transmission feel and the Alpha Chassis dynamics. Doug just sounds like a BMW fanboy.

Yeah yeah it has a manual and power but it also has a boat load of weight and two useless extra doors. GM is like 10 years late to the party doing a swan song for the manual. Like a Kiss concert, which was cool when it first happened 30 years ago, but today it's just for a bunch of grandpas trying to go back in time.

Practical should be at least 6 Value should be at least 8, Very tall, very unbiased Doug sat in back of manual sport sedan, this particular vehicle model will appreciate not depreciate in Value, and historically Cadillac long term cost of ownership is lower than its more expensive competitors

If I had money to blow I'd get one, but I can't help to look back at Cadillacs quality control track record. I can only imagine how ill get into an irreversible debt in repair costs and maintenance nightmares. Again based only on Cadillacs historical nightmarish maintenance costs.

This is a brilliant car with fantastic bang-for-the-buck in both performance and design. It looks great inside and out as well and with all of the carbon aero bits, it has great aggressiveness. The burnt orange and blue callipers if this particular example is awesome as well!

I have an atsv, it's great. Fwiw all the owners in my local v club that got allocations for the new blackwings went with the ct4 over the ct5 bc they track their cars and the smaller car is better for that.

I'm aiming to buy this car in 2022. What a beast. I want the MT6 all day every day. The CT4-V Blackwing is a faster track toy than the CT5-V Blackwing. I want it for the agility over the massive bigger brother.
