The issue is simple, I doubt they can fix foreign cars in the middle of nowhere. I'm european, I have to stick to Renaults cuz these are the only guys who have proper repair shop in the nearby town. So it makes sense they would need american cars there. If your Aston would have got a serious breakdown there it would have meant hundreds/thousands of miles of it being drove on a trailer til Aston's enarest repair shop. Also on the countryside you need a fast reliable car but to which you don't give a fk if it gets dirty, scratched.

Hey Doug, you should try some of the spray on brake dust repellent that Armor All makes (I know, armor all sucks. I bought some for my JCW MINI because it makes a ton of brake dust, and its really worked wonders. The biggest difference is when my wheels get dirty with brake dust, it all will spray off with a hose rather than having to get on my hands and knees and scrub them. Best 10 I've spent on car cleaning supplies in a while

Doug if I was aware of your videos and how great you were two weeks ago, and met you in Chicago, I could have suggested you to my work where we would have fixed: Your bug-caked carFixed your chipped windscreen. Bonus: Clean the interior of your car if you wanted AND cleaned your wheels thoroughly with our custom wheel cleaner. Hell you're so goddamn awesome I would have paid for those three things above.

The official middle of nowhere, a determined by an actual cartographer, is Glasgow, Mt. which is the big town we used to go to when I was a kid to go shopping. BTW, I'd still rather live there than anywhere in California or New York or Florida.

If you can get to downtown (Chicago) in 22 minutes from Elgin IL, you were doing about 150 mph in the middle of the night with no traffic, no state troopers/local police, no CONSTRUCTION, and no red light/speed cameras whatsoever.

Wyoming, Montana, Nevada & Utah will most likely be more remote & rural than Wray, Colorado. Have you found the American autobahn stretch of Highway in Montana yet? I hear its real & it exists & there happens to be NO speed limit
