2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 full review! The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is an interesting, quirky electric car - and today I'm reviewing it! I'm going to show you a full review of the Ioniq 5, and I'll show you all the quirks and features of the new Ioniq 5. I'm also going to drive the new Hyundai Ioniq 5 and review the driving experience to show you what it's like behind the wheel! autos: This design came from Hyundai Pony. It was usually used in taxis in South Korea from 1970 to 1980. As I'm Korean, this retro-styled design looks impacted me to think about Korea's industrialization. I also owned this vehicle too in Korea. I think it is a great review of what American think about Asian electric vehicles.

Why is it that car companies assume electric buyers want something strange or weird? Admittedly there were people who purchased the Nissan Cube, so there are buyers out there, but many of us just want a car that goes from A to B efficiently as possible. We want the best of the new without removing those things that just worked from before. I want turn signal stalks, physical AC control, turn signal and rearview cameras. Don t throw out what people liked about the older cars just to make it new and force electric cars to always feel weird. I want it to feel like a car, with the only weird part is plugging it in, and not having to stop for gas.

The bonus cushion at the foot of the driver seat isn't a thigh support adjustment. It's supposed to function as an Ottoman. When you are stopped and charging somewhere and you have nowhere to go whilst you wait for said charge, they included this for people who may want to just lie back and relax in what is almost a recliner. If im not mistaken there is a button in the car somewhere that I think does this automatically, like a max or max relax or max recline button that does all the seat adjustment and ottoman deployment in one touch.

This guy is just awful in the repeated disparaging language he chooses to use in his description of the vehicle. weird, quirky, strange over and over again! He doesn't even know that the magnetic attachment is to hold your phone in place, though I expect you could use it for other things. My point is after hearing strange and weird so many times a lot of people probably turned it off before they saw the final score at the end which wasn't bad but it could have been better.

Who thought light coloured numbers on a white background was a good idea? Bright light shining into your eyes? Highlights draw your eye away from the road. it should be a DARK background with light numbers so it's EASY to read! If I couldn't change the displays to a dark background I wouldn't buy it!

I have an Ioniq 5 in digital teal that I bought back in December. Its a wonderfully weird car and I love that. I get lots of compliments and questions about it too. Ive only got an SE in RWD but even the base model is fantastic, I also think with traction control off it would drift.

imho USB-A as an available port is better than a usb c because almost every connector has a USB-A -> X
Where as USB-C limits to those cables only. (or if you find a specialized one. for ex USB-C -> Lightning? good luck)

Odd. I like this car but I was confused to see it went the flashy-red indicator route on the rear. They make a (superior) flashy-orange for other markets, and changing them is actually really disappointing.

Every time I see a brand new car design I seem to always wonder how most of the upgrades would do in places that have freezing snow and ice. Serves me right for living in one of those places, I guess.

Why do you always shit all over USB-A? A lot of phones and chargers don't come with male-to-male end USB-C cables. A to C cables are still very common and charge just as fast.
