Heres Why Now is the Best Time to Buy a Car meatwad74: I got gmc on lease 4 years ago. they had that free wifi lte data offer even then. either 2 months or 6 months. dont remember cause I never used it anyway. lot of companies sending those sympathetic emails nowadays. but when it comes down to actually availing the deal, theyll either outright reject, tap dance around it, or, in gms case, have had that offer in the past most of the year anyway

Day 3 of asking ScottyHi Scotty. I have an 04 Xtreme Blazer with 130k miles. Recently a whining has been coming from the engine. The sound increases and intensifies the higher the engine RPMs go. This sound will occur for maybe 2 days all thru out the day and then go away for maybe a week, and then come back and make the sound for a couple days again. I'm assuming it is a bad bearing along the accessory drive belt. I have been an auto/diesel mechanic for about 10 years and do not know a proper way to diagnose or remedy the problem without just throwing parts at it hoping to fix the problem. And how the sound will go away for a short time and then come back has me stumped. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thanks a bunchP. S. (There is also a ticking coming from inside the engine that does the same thing. Will go away for a week and then come back. Happens on cold or hot starts but will eventually go away after the car has ran for about 5mins)

ANOTHER BIG BANK BAILOUT. According to the most recent report from the regulator of national banks, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC, JPMorgan Chase has exposure to 1. 2 trillion in Credit Default Swaps while Citibank has exposure to 1. 76 trillion for a combined total of 2. 96 trillion as of September 30, 2019. As of this past Friday, JPMorgan Chase had lost 39. 3 percent of its common equity capital in the past five weeks while Citigroup, parent of Citibank, had lost 51. 7 percent. That left JPMorgan Chase with just 256. 68 billion in market cap versus Citigroups meager 79. 86 billion.

Scotty, just for clarification, they are not making 6 months of payments for you. They're just letting you NOT make payments starting until 6 months later (or 180 days after purchase. But they are making 3 months of Payments for you (which I'm sure is coming right out of the fat profit they just made on you and your no discount car) and just tagging it onto the end of your loan. So your 1st payment is 180 days later. But you will have an extra 90 days tacked onto the end of your 48 month super high credit score loan.

As a teenager (now 31 yrs old) I hated Hyundai due to the logo and seemed like knockoff Hondas (many people may agree) now I own several Acuras/Hondas and a Hyundai Genesis G90 and boy am I digging the Genesis definitely the best car Ive own and with a 10 yr 100, 000 mile warranty I feel financially in peace driving it unlike BMW, Mazdas, and Chrysler etc. Ive owned in the past. Bottom line Hyundai is on the road to the top if you care about reliability and saving a buck or two.

Main thing to check on those old jeeps is the frame, well esp in the north. I know with one that is that model not sure exactly what year but close, the runs fantastically n it has like 300k. Only issue is the frame damn near broke in half. He cant get it inspected, unless he wanted to find someone who doesnt care. In either case, its extremely unsafe yet reliable af. Good vehicles when jeep made great products, unlike now.

Just think they are deferring payments on cars and homes for three months and then you have to pay up in six months just about the time those quarantine babies will be born, that will be the time to buy a used car. they try to scam my mom with the timing belt on her 2006 Nissan Sentra, I helped her buy the car I knew it used a timing chain and so did she. My mom can get pretty mean if you try to scam her.

scotty knows cars that is his wheelhouse. If you listen to economists in the know we are heading toward a depression and hyperinflation new cars are a bad idea and especially financing one. This debt ridden financial system and the currency is headed toward collapse. You might find deals on used cars but these assets could be plummeting in value very soon.

In my opinion I think right now is the absolute worst time to buy a car. Because yeah, let's see if they defer the payment for 6 months. Who knows if you'll have a job in six months the way the stuff is going on. Absolute worst thing to do right now is to buy a new car. And 7 months later, you'll have it repoed.
