STOP Financing Cars, Here\'s Why Abso: Financing can only go 1 of 2 ways. Short term or long term. If you go short term(like a month or 2 and then pay it off in full), you'll get about 2500 off and then give back either 200- 500 and you will get to keep the difference off the price. If you go long term, you'll wind up paying about 12k- 15k extra(minus the initial 2500 you get off for financing in the first place. Most dealerships have no length of term conditions so it can be used either in your favor slightly or heavily against you.

Scotty, I have a 2001 Acura Tl. Recently is started to have the problem of turning but not starting. A scenario that i have experienced is the following: in the morning when i leave for work, when its cool in the day, the car starts. When i clock out of work in the afternoon, when its warmer in the day, it turns but wont start. I leave the car go home, come back in the night, when its cooler, it will start again. Also, i will place the key in the on position, when i dont hear the hum of the gas pump it wont start. When i do hear the hum of gas pump it does start. Another thing i noticed is then the key is in the on position the brake, oil, and check engine light come on and it starts. When it doesnt start only the brake and oil light come on. Currently its sitting in the driveway and im using my secondary vehicle. Any idea as to what may be causing the problem?

Amzoil's is a 100 percent synthetic oil, which is real synthetic oil, unlike, full synthetic oil, which is crude oil with chemicals added to it, 100 percent synthetic oil is just that synthetic oil, no crude oil in it. In this country only Amzoil's is the only one that makes it anymore, Mobile One use to make it, but, they don't anymore, because, it's cheaper to make full synthetic oil than 100 percent synthetic oil, MORE PROFIT FOR MOBILE CORPORATION, isn't that hard to believe, a CORPORATION going after profits over quality of products, I almost can't believe it, YA RIGHT! For a CORPORATION, money makes the world go around, is very true these days!

Wait till September. There will be 120 month loans, no interest, and you get a foot rub. Car industry needs to wake the hell up. Cars are way way overpriced and you can't get a base model easily. A family sedan should not cost (mid trim) more than 22k, and a base small truck 22 k as well. Large truck mid trim 30k tops. I have 3 Hondas from 2008 and I maintain them. I am good for another 10 years at least. I would not take a new car today even if free with CVTs, electronics issues, bad visibility in the rear etc. No, thanks. If and when I can my next car will be restored 1960s mustang stick shift. Maybe. If I can afford it 10 yrs from now.

Good fun and educational as usual. By the way Jaguar is fully own by Tata and Indian company but they do have a joint venture in China called Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Company Ltd which has experienced significant Quality Control Issues. The main jaguar brand has a much better rating, surpassing most of the German Brands. Results for luxury cars aged up to five years old Rank Make and model Score 1. Jaguar XJ 2010-on 94. 3% 2. Mercedes E-Class 2009-2016 92. 8% 3. BMW 5 Series 2017-on 92. 6% 4. Audi A6 2011-2018 91. 6%

At 5: 47, if you turn off the volume, you can almost 'hear' Scotty talking in sign language. after 3 or 4 Redbull drinks, 2 espressos and one cocaine hit. What is he saying? Jstrakas from Durango says: Scotty I have a Ford with 145, 000 miles. Scotty, flailing his arms: Stop! You don't have to say anything else. just find the nearest cliff and drive straight off from it. don't forget to jump off if you still want to drive another car Just kidding Scotty, WE LOVE U but I just couldn't help it!

I recently bought a F-150 2000 4x4 xlt v6 from a dealer here in West Virginia. I paid 5, 000 it has 141, 000 miles. It s a manual transmission. It drives good. I checked the engine coolant reservoir and the water was brown and dirty looking. I released the plug from the radiator but only a little bit of water tricked down. Not even enough to fill one cup. I was going to replace the radiator and remove the reservoir to clean it.

Two plants were tooled up for manufacture of the Neon: one in Belvidere, IL USA, & another in Toluca, Mexico. The Belvidere plant produced cars for the North American market & overseas export; the Toluca plant produced cars for the North American market only. The cars would initially be sold under both the Dodge & Plymouth names in the USA & Canada; export cars would be badged as Chryslers.

0% interest for 84 months, but guess what you lose the incentives. So in many cases, you actually pay more the car. People get caught up in monthly payments, 0% interest, when what matters is the the walk out price, and then the interest rate financed. I am with Scotty stay away from Chrysler. Resell value is less, quality control is marginal at best.

Hey Scotty. I own a 2010 Honda Accord Lx 4 cylinder engine. Right now the car has 65, 000miles. I am thinking to change the oil to full synthetic. I went to Honda Dealership to buy 5W-20 Oil. They said they don t make it but I can use 0W-20 Oil instead. I bought the oil 0W-20 but not sure if I should change the velocity of the oil or not. Help!
