This Car Dealership is Desperate and You Can Get a New Car for Only 350 Heelix: NEVER LEASE A CAR. Unless your company is paying for it (or someone else is) never lease them. You're only paying the depreciation on the car. Then the dealer goes and sells the car for used car pricing and makes a hefty profit off you. Spend the little extra per month ( 50 or 100) and just finance it. At least after 5-6 years, you have SOMETHING to show for your money spent. With a lease, you don't. And I did some comparisons over the years, and in some cases, yes the lease was significantly cheaper (but never went for them either) but in other cases (when you factor in the required down payment on some leases) the financing option was only a little more per month, like 10% more, but you own the car after the loan period. If you were, say an exchange student that was going to be in the US for only a year or two, then maybe a short lease might be OK, although you might just be better off buying a used car at that point. Remember you have to factor in the down payment and divide that over the number of lease payments to get the true monthly cost. Many times, it will be similar to what you'd pay if you financed the vehicle (as many places don't have a true minimum down payment when you finance a car, although 10% or 20% down is a good rule, you can still buy a car with no money down, but there are fewer companies that will lease a car with no money down.

I don't know what it's like in the US but here in the UK lease rates are generally tied to residual values which is why a BMW is the same price to lease as a Ford here (the BMW being worth more at the end of the lease than the Ford.
And as easy as it is to mock people who want to lease, you said it yourself they have to have good credit to get these rates so we can safely assume they aren't complete idiots. A lot of people like to know what their monthly outgoings will be and not worry about having to drop a few grand on car repairs with no notice. I'm one of them.

I will
Pay 70
Dollars for premium synthetic that is rated for 24 000 km and is rated for extreme winter in Canada cheap oil is no good. I change my oil once in the spring and once in late fall and then have to change out my rad fluid to a higher concentration for winter anyways synthetic filter rated to 24000km and a synthetic oil is what ya need every day to make your vehicle last and a good suspension. Good videos I enjoy the rants haha

Not only 350. down payment due at signing and a lot of these offers are for those with good credit. Plus you aren't factoring a minimum insurance coverage. When it's all said and done it's about 500. 00/month to lease one of these cars and the dealers will sock you at the end of your lease for what they deem is beyond normal wear & tear and required disposition fee which is about 500. 00. Leasing can make sense for some, but not all ppl.

Hey Scotty. Got a question for ya. Penzoil is saying there new full synthetic oil is made from base stock natural gas. Now how are they calling something that s coming out of the ground full synthetic. I thought that meant it s all man made. Or is is because they have to convert it to a base stock? But don t they already do that to conventional oil? Your thoughts.

Hey Scotty, I just recently bought a 2006 Toyota Solara convertible (yes I watched your Solara video that s why I bought it. I was wondering what would be the basic maintenance needed to keep this car going and what are the car fluids I need to watch out for? I just refilled the coolant fluid. Love your videos!

Just bought a 2000 Toyota Celica GT-S. 4 speed automatic transmission with 151k miles. I heard the 2zz engines in these cars have oil starvation problems that cause the engines to blow up due to the bad oil pump and oil pan. What should i due to avoid this? I love this high revving car.

At 400 + 4000 down, your stuck with 36 payments of 510. The genesis is the best one, no money up front. 36 months is too long, but you will have to work to find good cars ( luxury cars) for a 24 month lease, and almost none of these deals will have no upfront deposit.

Hey Scotty, I have a 2019 Hyundai Kona SE AWD, with 6 speed auto transmission. I live at TN and I have a daily drive of 120 to 130 miles per day. Mostly Highway miles at 70mph. How often i should change the oil? I had change it every 5, 000 to 7, 000.
